Usual. Some WM are much better than others. Some will not carry products while others have a great variety of products.

I have been waiting to get some $1.12 make up wipes, that are under lock and key, for my wife and daughter. I have been standing here waiting for whoever has the key for 40 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous for wipes to be locked up and no one know where the key is or who has it. There are 5 people standing here needing in the cabinet. I understand theft prevention, but with added security comes added responsibility on the business. I have had several employees tell me they're going to get the key or I'll go find someone. I've gone to customer service 3 times. I've called the store and no one will answer. True customer service is a thing of the past.
Do better.

Corresetta in Pharmacy is rude, short, and she should not be working with the public. Nor should she be working around people that are already not feeling well. The those people have to meet Corresetta who is going to have them hurt and confused when they leave the pharmacy without the medicine for them and their family. Now I MUST find a new pharmacy. I left speaking with her depressed without any answers or solutions.

Would never return. Thinking of getting rid of my Sam’s Club too after the experience with this store. Same as others I wanted a hair trimmer. It was locked. No one around so ask the pharmacist she said she would page someone. Waited 20min. No one showed so I called the store told them no one showed. Then she said she would send someone. Again a no show. While I was waiting I looked up the product at Amazon it was $5 cheaper and delivered the next day. Where is the supervisors? My wife was looking for some face cream. That was locked also. Then she went to the end of the row and the exact product was on the end cap not locked. What a joke

Ordered an online order for 7:00pm pick up. I got a notification that my order was picked up at 6:44pm. How does that even happen? They didn't even give a notification that it was even READY. They've so far done NOTHING to remedy the situation or reimburse my $187 dollars worth of Christmas groceries. Called and couldn't get in touch with anyone from Montgomery, had to call a 1-800 number. They said they'd "escalate" (haven't seen my refund) and only gave a $15 gift card on your next order for my troubles. Why do they even have their workers going UP to the cars saying "Pick up for so and so" that's stupid! Of course a thief will say that's them! They should go up to the car and ask WHO the pick up is for and have the CUSTOMER tell them their name! Bad enough my Christmas groceries were STOLEN. No one could even give me a straight answer as to getting my money back!

I really like this walmart.(Chantilly). It's your typical walmart. Can find things easily. The staff is what helps thou. It doesn't stink.
