They close at 7 but I got there at 629. The doors were locked but they were inside. I called and they answered. I asked what time do y’all close. The guy said 7. I said well I’m outside but the door is locked. He say ummmmm well he sees his last patient at 615. Well sir you close at 615 and not 7. I only needed a steroid shot for a sinus infection. I have been here several times and I’m disappointed.

Your Doctor's office- Urgent Care facility has been my family's preferred Urgent Care facility for approximately 3 years. Dr. Wahid and his staff have consistently rendered effective and professional care. In addition, he and his staff answers all of our medical questions exhibiting patience and expertise. The wait time is always reasonable . We highly recommend Your Doctor's Office for your Urgent Care needs!!

Business hours are not as advertised. I arrived at 5:44 to a locked door. Website says they close at 7. I called while sitting in the parking lot. They answered and stated that the doctor decided to stop taking patients at 5:30. I asked if they could see 1 more. They would not let me in the door and neither the receptionist or the doctor seemed compassionate.; maintaining that they were not letting me in. I feel like I was denied medical treatment from a place that is otherwise still within the advertised operating hours.

Hubby was in pain and experiencing weird symptoms so we went to the urgent care clinic. The front desk was not listening to what was wrong and they nearly turned us away. The NP agreed to see him. She was very nice and tried diagnosing. She also told us to come back Monday if he wasn’t feeling better. A five minute visit with a rx for antibiotics 175$! The diagnosis was way off because the next morning it was that he had shingles. Called the office so he could go back and they wanted another $175.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Four months ago I was hit with elevated A1C and was prescribed meds. I recently went back for a refill & recheck but my insurance required prior authorization to cover the meds which would've been over $1200 out of pocket. The office filled out the form wrong. I began calling every day, trying to get through and they either put me on indefinite holds, never answered, or they would hang up on me. After 12 days of this, I spent $650 for one of the meds that I needed, but had to get Caremark to call to have them fill out the PA properly so I could get reimbursed. The front desk staff and others are rude, completely not focused on patient care or follow up. Now it's about reimbursement and I'm having the same problems again. The office did not send the lab reports to Caremark with the corrected PA. I'm simply trying to get refunded and pickup the other prescription so I won't be out $1200. PLEASE>>choose somewhere else for your needs. I actually feel sorry for Dr. Wahid and Dr. Bailey. Were it me, I would fire the entire staff for the way they screen their calls, keep you on indefinite holds, lie about what they did, and do not follow up when extra work is needed beyond a clinic visit such as a PA. What good is it if you can't get your meds because of their neglect for patient care? OR, if you pay out of pocket and you're broke trying to depend on them to submit the necessary labs that should've been sent with the corrected PA to begin with? I cannot help that a PA was needed, otherwise I would've done it myself. This office presented every possible barrier for me to be taken care of. Never again.

I actually just left this establishment a short time ago.The receptionist was nice, but I ended up leaving and going to my regular doctor. I've received exceptional service here in the past, which prompted me to visit today. However, I was concerned with lack of cleanliness. When you first sit down in the reception area, there is a huge spider web and spider under the display case. The reception area windows look as if they have not been cleaned for some time. If those forward facing presentations lack, i just wasn't confident that things were sanitary behind the scene.

Dr. Bailey is very responsive and works with her patients to achieve their goals. A diabetic, she has worked with me for years and has assisted me with losing 60 pounds and lowering my blood sugar to 6.4! I’m at my best ever!

Yes me and another young lady arrived at Your Doctor at approximately at 5:10pm on October 3, 2025 I actually walked in thinking I would be able to see a doctor but a young male came out and said I was just actually getting ready to lock the doors I said so we can’t be seen he said no we closed we hadn’t seen any patients since 3:00 I said what does that have to do with people that get off at 5:00 he said well what we supposed to do sit around and do nothing so as he was walking me to door he said well it’s other urgent cares you can go to I said wow really .. so if you gonna close before time might want to change the time on your door.. Also I said can I speak to office manager o she just left like really .. That’s not professional at all!

I have been a patient for over a year now and I must say Dr. Bailey and her team are very attentive with my care, they listen to my concerns and find ways to treat me that I am comfortable with. I rather see her for all my health needs.

I have never experienced a doctor's office that NEVER answers the phone. But any given day when you walk in, there are receptionist just laughing and joking at the desk. They don't greet you and it takes forever to even put your info in so they can call you back..And Dr Wahid is good but he makes you feel like you're being rushed through the evaluation.

The personnel from Dr. Wahid calls and tell you to return the call. Some don’t leave a number, so I try with the number that shows up on my phone which is a fax number. The other number they give, they never answer. It says “this mailbox is full” which seem strange for a doctor's office. They tell you it is an emergency to get in touch with them. I cannot reach anyone. He might be a good doctor, need a better way of calling the clinic.

My wife was seen for an ear infection on a Thursday morning. Doctor informed her that he liked to treat ear infections “aggressively”. An antibiotic was prescribed to her and she has had an allergic reaction to it causing her to be in pain all day. She called the doctors office within 24 hours to see if prescription could be changed to a different antibiotic that her body could handle but the office wanted her to come in and pay for another visit to have the prescription changed to something her body. Wasted time and money going to this place as my wife’s ear infection is not getting any better since she can not take the “aggressive” medication as prescribed. Would recommend avoiding this place at all costs. This clinic wants your money and does not care about the safety of their patients.

We have used this office 4 times and each have been a most pleasant experience. Both myself and my son have seen Dr. Wahid and he was so great to both of us. I really appreciate his bedside manner and the nurses were great too. I highly recommend!

The gentleman at checkout, Dr. Bailey's nurse and the lab nurse are awesome!! Unfortunately, my check-in and phone experiences have been terrible. No greeting at checkin and terrible communication. Plus they rarely answer the phone and the voicemail is full. This is a great facility, in a great location but the front desk could definitely use some improvement, encouragement or something.
