On my last visit, the mushroom appetizer was hard as rocks, couldn't eat, and the ribeye steak was supposed to be medium well, was cooked to death and dry! I brought home the steak for my dogs and they wouldn't eat it! The waitress apologized, and was very nice. I paid for the meal as usual, but have not been back. Truly wish we had more restaurants in our county. I have always supported Larry and Ann Littrel, good people, great friends. When they owned and operated the restaurant, it was awesome, but not anymore, IMO.

COVID absolutely ruined this place and it has never recovered. Service was never good, but now even on the busiest nights they usually only have 2 waitresses in their whole giant dining room. The food is really over-priced. Like a standard meal there is a 15oz Aldi-quality sirloin for $16. Inedibly chewy. A small potato and a piece of bread. The salad bar is half the size it used to be and is also over-priced and low-quality. Bathrooms are SUPER gross. I will never understand why people line up out the door to eat here.

Meal was very good. We got the 6oz sirloin and it was very tender. Waitress was great. Would definitely go back.

Great salad with hamburger steak, gravy, peppers and onions. Service was better than any high end steak around.

Ordered a medium well hamburger that was tasteless, no flavor, no seasoning. Call was made and shared my displeasure. When asked if they season and if so with what, the response was with steak sauce. There was no taste in my burger, no salty taste at all. I describe as very very bland and Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Food was fast great and reasonably priced waitress was excellent Went during lunch and very fast service even with an order to go and salad I was out of there on time for work 30-35 minutes

Very bad experience. Service was the worst I've had in a long time and after waiting forever for the food, the steak brought to me was well done when I asked for medium rare. Awful.

You walk into this place through a grain bin. It's set up really neat on the inside - even with rolling arm chairs. This is our 3rd time eating here. We've always had so- so service, but the food is so good, we'll keep going back. They have a great salad bar, but it's an extra $4.99 on top of your meal. If you're gonna get a steak, just go ahead and order the delmonico. You won't be disappointed!

Normally this is a favorite place of mine. You could also always get a great steak, great service & great atmosphere. NOT this time! They're under new ownership. Lots of cars in parking lot, but very few people sitting at tables. Place was pretty clean. Salad bar was good & clean. My granddaughter & I had the Delmonico & both came overcooked & tough and everything was room temperature. Very bland without any seasoning. All you could taste was a strong beef flavor. My granddaughter's baked potato was yellow. Looked like it had been in a steamer drawer all day. My sweet potato was burnt. Very pricey for the quality of the food. Our bill was $60 for 2 lousy steaks. I'd rather pay $100 & get great food. Some waitresses were nice while others were rude to us & other customers too. I won't be back here.

20-30 years ago this place was a 5 all day. Haven't visited much recently but last visit was just mid. Some food was good, some food was not, got a raw chicken tender (one was larger than the others so that was it), and smaller salad plates and bar post-Covid, but the Ranch dressing was still solid. The smaller plate sounded like a challenge. Haha. Not as many options and the lettuce is too wet. But I made it work. Oh, the steak sandwich doesn't come with cheese. It definitely needs it. I'd come back, but not as quickly as I used to. I have to see if their grilled chicken and white sauce is as food as it used to be.
