Slow! It took 15+ minutes to cash a check. There wasn't any other customers, so I don't understand what the hold up was. It was absolutely ridiculous!

I have had many problems with them over the years and haven’t switched because people are having the same problems with other banks. Today I realized my car payment had not been taken out of my account even though it’s set for auto pay and BBT shows it was made with a reference number. Called my finance company and NO BBT did not make the payment at all. This is the final issue I will have with them. Time to change banks!

This bank in Oneonta has the worst service I have ever had, and the people (with the exception of the Manager) are not freindly. As for BB&T I have had no luck with trying to deal with them because they will not answer the phone and even at the request of the managers they will not contact you. This bank is a very very bad bank to deal with.
