Rooms are very clean the hotel staff is nice all the ice machines worked and my only complaint is they said we had an Ocean front view online but our room is not ocean front and the pool is not working if we want to swim in the pool we have to go down to another hotel if there's. Also I wasn't told online I had to pay for parking but it $15.00 a day to park.

This is a nice pet friendly hotel on the beach. Has a good free breakfast. The room has 2 queen beds, very nice LG Television. You get decent TV channels, you have the option of streaming channels like Netflix if you sign in to your account. My only complaints is the tub is a very slow drainer, and they need a better area for pets to use the bathroom, literally it's out front of hotel with bags and place to put it. But the grass area is entirely to small. Other than that, it's great.

Our stay was wonderful, will make it our home away for home when we visit Orange County Beach, one problem that 15 dollars a day to park is unreal we're guest, if you do charge refund it back once the guests check out other than that we loved it 😀

Loved the property, building, and breakfast! Sonia the staff lady was so sweet as well! She made me hot chocolate and offered to give me sweets as well and later a bottled water as well!! Love her❤️❤️❤️

Great location for the beach. There was trash in the dunes along the walk way to the beach. Housekeeping only came once in the 7 days we were here.

I booked this room over the phone . Never once was i told there was a daily parking fee. Never once was i told there was a pet FEE .. after asking lots of questions, { like is this a pet friendly hotel } not once was these extra fees mentioned! Arrived at 4:05 pm and was told our room was not ready. Witnessed other guests being told their rooms were not ready either even though it was well after 4pm . Got to a room and air conditioner does not work.. so called them after over an hour it's fixed . Still doesn't come on correctly. Cobwebs in corners . This is supposed to be a pet friendly hotel, yet has nowhere your pet can actually go { like to use the restroom} . If you're going to charge for things , you should be CLEAR about it up front !

We had an amazing time at the Hilton Hampton! The staff was super friendly and helpful, and Sha-cha even recognized my Diamond status when we checked in. That’s so rare these days! Most of the time, I have to remind them. She also suggested some great restaurants that are now on our favorites list. The last time we had great service was at the Hilton in Malta, ages ago.
The lobby and dining area were spotless and well-maintained by Sonia. She’s a real pro! We loved the waffles and other favorites at the breakfast buffet. The housekeeping staff also did an excellent job.
This is the place to stay!

Our hotel of choice when going to Orange Beach over the past 10 years. The breakfast also puts them in front of other Hilton chain hotels in the area! The direct access to the beach is great, but if they had an access ramp instead of just stairs I think families and the disabled would greatly appreciate it. There is a beach service (for a price) if you desire it, and they leave sufficient room in front of their rows to allow you to comfortably use your own chairs/umbrella if you desire... something other locations do not do. The parking tower has a fee, but you get to have your car in the shade (a big bonus). We'll be going back soon!

Tiffany was so amazing! She was able to get us checked in early, upgraded us to a beach front room, and get us a parking pass earlier in the day.
