If you don’t have a account or anything with them there’s absolutely no way to talk to a real person everything is done virtually very frustrating and terrible service what do they pay the people up front for you can’t even get the actual store number on the line either it’s all virtual

I had a package with a pre-printed shipping label attached to it. I was greeted promptly and quickly given a receipt for the transaction.

Had to return a recalled defective CPAP Machine. The ladies at Office Depot were very helpful in getting it ready for shipment with FedEx. Now that I know they're a FedEx shipping location I'll use them in the future.
