Had been having trouble receiving packages at my address and knew of no way to fix it from the house. Tried repeatedly online and over the phone with no luck. Decided to find the Customer Center in Sylacauga on Hwy 280 (where I was pretty sure my packages from UPS had to come through). This was where they would become lost in Tracking and often returned to Sender. I took the 30 mile trip today to see what I might find out at what I believed was the main hub of my area. When I arrived I saw UPS trucks everywhere and a parking lot full of what seemed like employee vehicles. I knew that this was possibly what I was looking for. Could find no door or anybody walking around to speak to, but happened to see a man in his truck in the parking lot. I approached hoping he worked there and could help me. Sure enough he was a second shift mechanic for UPS and I explained how I needed to speak with somebody that could resolve my address confirmation problems and perhaps even find a current shipment I was expecting that had become stuck again somewhere near Sylacauga. He led me through a huge building to an office where we found a gentleman that could and was willing to help me resolve my issues. Within 5 minutes of giving him my current tracking number for the lost package, he found it sitting not 50 feet from his office and signed it over to me on the spot and assured me my address problems in the future would no longer be an issue. I thanked them both and got in my vehicle and drove home with my package feeling certain this might not happen again. It was miraculous by today's standards and couldn't believe how lucky I was finding the two ideal gentlemen I needed to when I first set off. I was not real happy with UPS the past couple months, but they seemed to have redeemed themselves only due to the efforts of two of their employees, who were not obligated to help me in anyway. Thanks to them and look forward to see if future deliveries make it uniterrupted. If they don't, at least I now know where I might be able to find help, which is the most important thing, and the most frustrating part recently until I found them. Thank You for Taking the Time to Help..

Not gonna lie to you guys you have good and amazing employees but they're dying out here in this heat you got no ac some they're fans don't even work it's literally a giant oven on wheels if heat stroke don't get them on the road dehydration will you need to take better care of your driver's out there it literally don't cost as much as you think to at least give them small but powerful fans instead of that junk you put in some of them doesn't even put off air I've seen some drivers come to where I work and they're brown outfits soaked all the way through in sweat when I see improvements made for your workers you will see an improvement to your rating and review

My package has now been "processing" at this location for 4 days now. Contacted the seller and requested a return to sender. This place had working hours from 5pm-6pm M-F. Now has a sign that states it's permanently closed. Reroute anything coming through this place...beware!

The UPS driver that comes to Millerville obviously can't read. There's a big container out in the front yard that says packages here please don't register with them. Twice they have left a package on the porch and dogs tore it up. I'm tired of trying to be nice about it. I'm going to the warehouse in Sylacauga and see if I can talk to a supervisor or something. This is ridiculous.

It's not a customer center any longer. After sitting and waiting for it to open I walk up to the door and there's a sign that it's permanently closed. The closest one is 30 miles away and the places you can drop and pickup in Sylacauga can't do a return because they don't print shipping labels from your scan code. You would think as much business as they get in this town they would put a store here.

We never, ever receive our packages at our address. GPS takes you right to my driveway. Driver marks delivered every time. I am so beyond frustrated if I could rate lower than a one I would. I am trying to figure out who I contact about fraud.

Thank goodness UPS allows businesses locally to accept packages. The actual store is only open one hour a day. Thanks for allowing others to do your job.
