I’ve always had excellent experiences at Shoals Pharmacy until they started having trouble getting one of my son’s medication, but I think many pharmacies have the same problem with that medication. The staff is always friendly and the wait time is minimal. I’ve never been told to drop off and come back.

Excellent pharmacy. Very professional staff that is friendly and focused on meeting the customer's needs. I highly recommend Shoals Pharmacy.

I have used Shoals Pharmacy for years. Lee and his staff are ALWAYS extremely friendly, very helpful, professional and expeditious with their service! They work hard at getting you the lowest price on drugs as possible. Can’t beat their prices. I highly recommend Shoals Pharmacy. #supportsmallbusiness

If I could give a 0 Star review, here is where it would go. After being given the wrong medication 2 separate times, I was then told I couldn't get the medication I needed because one of the medications THEY MISTAKENLY GAVE ME, would be too many of a particular type/class of drug?!?! (My husband picked up both times and didn't look to see what was in the bag. You CANNOT, BY LAW, take back a RX) I've also been "waiting" for a medication this man could not clearly explain WHY they wouldn't fill it, beyond "regardless of when the prescription came in, I'm gonna give it to the person that's been here 11 years over someone that has only been here 1year" So if I have an unfilled prescription, WAITING A MONTH to fill, if someone he knows better comes in with the same prescription...they will get it first. HE ACTUALLY SAID THAT OUT LOUD FOLKS. To top this HORRIFYING, in person experience with the Pharmacist Lee, I was then told I could "go ask another pharmacist if I thought he was lying" Who in the WORLD talks to someone like that?!!? Sadly, we left out Pharmacy of 25 years to come and be treated like this No Thank you I will find every place I can possibly review this Business, up to and including the BBB and Chamber of Commerce. This kind of treatment TO ANYONE should be Noted by their current customers AND anyone thinking that line at Walgreens is crazy....DO NOT DO IT!! I also believe that giving me medication I did not request is probably a no no, but hey...I'm not a pharmacist

Sat. Drive thru only like it's McDonald's or something. Very busy line moves very slow. 10 vehicles backed out in road. Not good

Giving two as I feel one is more appropriate however..Forced to find a new pharmacy thanks to Walgreens. But after no call for a week and missing prescriptions I have no choice. The missing prescriptions while not this pharmacy fault could have been rectified with a phone call. I waited four days out of some items and now it's the weekend. Don't recommend using this place to anyone. Lastly being rude to a potential long term customer is a bad business model.

A family member recommended this pharmacy after the usual pharmacy I go to was out of the medication I needed.I called ahead, and they informed me that what I needed was available in stock.I was greeted with a smile and hello as soon as I walked through the door.My prescription was ready in less than ten minutes. My daughter enjoyed playing with the puzzles while we waited. It seems like such a nice family owned business. They even have a drive thru for convenience.Thanks, Shoals Pharmacy for the wonderful service.

Been here thirty minutes for a prescription I called in over an hour ago and the person behind me just got their stuff before me my daughter is sick and if she didn't have to have this medicine I would have left already
