The home is historically beautiful, a rare gem of history with rich, previously preserved history inside its walls. The rooms are beautiful, with comfortable beds and nice pillows, and bathrooms decorated immaculately. The wrap-around porches are nice for relaxing, taking in the beautiful countryside and views from the door, sunken in a small valley with hills on each side, and listening to the sounds of crickets and frogs. The hospitality is what makes it a must for your destination. The hosts are delightful, friendly, and amazing, offering a full tour of the home. The breakfast is absolutely wonderful, delicious, and amazing—the best breakfast, like a mother’s good morning hug and like eating with family. It features items like homemade from-scratch biscuits, gravy, fluffy scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, an amazing cheesy hash brown casserole, fruit, and homegrown tomatoes. Delicious chocolate chip cookies are also baked for guests. While the wifi can go in and out in this rural place, it is the perfect place to unplug and unwind. The overall experience is absolutely wonderful, one of the best at a B&B.
