I go to this cvs all the time and never have had a problem and this really isn’t a problem but just to rant- I bought a few items and when checking out the girl whose first two initials are Ab said all they had were small bags. Some customers are private and likes their items in bags. She gave me a bag and told me to carry the other item which could have fit in another small bag. I was a little pissed. Just saying. been a customer here for a long time.... its now impossible to actually call and speak to a pharmacist, esp when they are taking 4 days to fill a prescription. when you do get someone on the phone they hang up, amazingly....

Stopped in to CVS this afternoon to pick up items and use my coupons. The cashier Airi rang me up usingmy CVS card. She said that the card didn’t have my coupons on it. She cancelled the sale and tried several time to get everything fixed. I live in CT and was visiting here and had the same problem at home!! They were never able to resolve it!! She FIXED it for me!!! What a great young woman she is. So kind and thoughtful!! You are lucky to have such a great employee!!!

Pharmacy customer service is always terrible. They are always rude ,unprofessional and monotone. Why are you discussing other customers private information so loudly and making fun of them when they walk away from the counter?!! UNREAL. I never have a bad experience at walgreens. To me all of them should be fired immediately.

Couldn’t even help my mother look for her car keys for over two hours. It took me a mechanic 10 minutes to drive from my job use a lockout kit break into her car. To only walk in later on in the day to a employee making a joke to another employee about the whole situation. Shame on you cvs and employees at this location it makes me sick. Customer service is non existent at the place. I’m just appalled by what I just heard and how the situation as a whole was handled.

I had the best experience with my prescription pickup! I got my prescription filled extremely fast! There was also some confusion getting my prescription but it was resolved in like 2 minutes!

The pharmacy wouldn’t fill my prescription this evening because they thought it was fake. Being a 36 year old white male during the opioid crisis has real consequences. Recovering from Covid while having injured ribs is really painful. Thanks guys.

Went in to print photos. Spent over an hour on their machine to print photos. The manager refused to honor the discount code after we were told by an associate to print. They wasted their ink and paper, created a horrible customer experience and we wasted almost two hours searching through photos. Guess we will take our business elsewhere...

Just left this store after Carol, the cashier, refused to help me. Went to check out through self checkout because there was nobody in the front. Was surprised to be carded for buying NyQuil. My neighbor has the delta variant and is having a hard time sleeping with the body aches. So, though I have no symptoms, I am masked. The register is dinging and saying that someone will come assist me pretty loudly. Carol walks right past me, tells an unmasked girl that she will help her at the register. I politely say, “excuse me, I just need you to verify my age. Could you help me really quick.” She stares straight at me and then completely ignores me. She begins carrying on a conversation with this girl, they are new best friends. The girl’s mom worked at CVS when she was in high school. So five minutes later, the manager comes to help me because the alarm was going off for so long!Bottom line, CVS is a health service company and Carol is not representative of their mission or values. It’s pretty disappointing that someone with such little compassion and regard works at this type of establishment; the type of establishment people hope to count on when they are feeling their worst. You can not count on Carol.
