Can’t say enough great things about this place! Bought tires from them a few years ago and they were honest, trustworthy, and did amazing work! Today, I woke up and had a single flat tire. Had it towed over to Good Year and they had it fixed within a few hours. They’re always happy to help which is refreshing this day and age! If you want good and honest work, go see them!!

Have been using this Goodyear location since 2015 for both my personal vehicles and fleet vehicles. They have always done a great job and in a timely manner. I have had everything from routine oil changes, full brake jobs and new tires. I will use these guys over going to the dealership any chance I have.

Would give them 6 stars if I could. Great attention to detail. My wife was about to give up on her car and sell it, but the folks at Goodyear did great work and she loves her car again!

I had overlooked Goodyear for years thinking they would have very high prices. I was so wrong. When I called, I talked to Jimmy, he was knowledgeable, and respectful. I am very impressed with overall service, the speed it was finished and the way I was treated. I really like the way my brakes look.I have told everyone to go see Jimmy and to get their service done at Goodyear in Vestavia Hills. Thanks for all you guys did.

I needed an alignment in short order as I was headed out of town. Although late in the workday, Jimmy and his team jumped on my job and “made it happy”. I truly appreciate his prompt attention to my problem and the courtesy he should me the moment I walked in the door.

Honesty. All I ask for is honestly when trying to diagnose a problem with my suspension and brake system for the last 2-3 months. Yesterday, Went to Goodyear on Montgomery HWY 31 and Aarron, David, and Jimmy were all very collaborative and helpful and I'm glad to say I'll have a place to go and count on when I'm pressed for time.

Goodyears continues lying to me. Over and over! Ignoring the road hazard warranty I paid for. Simply because I went to this Goodyear instead of the Goodyear store they were purchased at. It's not the store's warranty it's Goodyears warranty! No good! This store put 2 new tires on the drivers side to replace the flats. Anyone else would have the intelligence to place 2 new tires on the front or back at least. Not to mention refused to put the spare back where it belongs. Will never purchase from Goodyear again!

Joshua was amazing and super helpful! They were able to talk me through everyone and help me with pricing for 4 brand new tires and an alignment for under $800. 10/10 will be back

This is the only auto place I go to in Birmingham. Jimmy the store manager always does everything he can to help me and get me the best price possible. Highly recommend to any women looking for a good honest place to go.

I’ve been a customer at this location for close to 10 years. I was totally surprised on my last visit. I had my brakes replaced and they were not able to put my parking brake shoe spring back in place. I was told that I needed to take my vehicle somewhere else. I thought it was strange because they were able to complete this service a couple of times since purchasing this vehicle. I drove home with a loud ticking sound coming from my wheel. I hope driving it to Robe’s Mans doesn’t damage the new rotors and pads. Fortunately, it’s not my daily driver. I don’t think I will go back to this location.

As the pervious guy basically said you get what you pay for nowadays..goodyear used to be a company to turn to for when you needed something done right and the guy running it was on your level and not about making profit off of you but since they got rid of their long time employees you can tell the customer service has went to junk and people don't care about their own long time customers as well as their long term employees
