I love going to the Vestavia Hills location because the staff is friendly and it makes it so much easier to work out without feeling judged. It’s always clean as well.

PF locations are variable in quality of experience, but are rarely below good. I've been in over 20 different PF locations in the last 15 months and my worst complaint was lack of hot water in the showers (Brunswick, OH and Laconia, NH).

Lisa and Taylor are great. The homewood location made me fall out of love with planet fitness, this location has changed that.

The location and the staff are nice but I’m finding it very difficult to go here because the air conditioner is broken. From one of the reviews it seems like it’s been broken for months and nothings been done. The last time I went, I asked the front desk about it and they didn’t know when it will be fixed. Working out in a hot environment like this is just not it. Please take this into consideration before joining this club. I hope it’s fixed soon though.

I love my Vestavia location of PF! The staff are all friendly and helpful, the equipment and facilities are clean, and I feel safe to work out in peace.

My favorite planet fitness gym out of the whole Birmingham area this gym has nice staff and clean equipment and bathrooms just tremendous

AC is out over 50% of the time and it is humid in this cave. Place is clean, but most members under 30 are too entitled to clean the equipment after they use it. Would be nice to have more free weight benches. Overall it is a good value for the $, I wouldn't pay more than I am paying now for this experience.

The air conditioning has been broken for far too long and nothing has been done to fix it. I’m not paying for CrossFit. I want AC at my gym. Gonna have to switch home gyms cause they don’t deserve my yearly club dues.

The HVAC system at the Vestavia Hills, Alabama location is in a constant state of dis-repair. Many complaints from various clients have been submitted to management. No significant improvements are made. Presently five of six roof top units are down with a present indoor temperature close to 90 degrees F and an RH above 70%. When will they start to care? Will they care when Morgan & Morgan representing the victim of a heat emergency contacts them?Finally, 1/3 of the locker locks are broken. The manager reports the franchise owner refuses to repair them.

Air conditioning has been broken for way too long. How are you gonna have a gym without AC? It's gotten absolutely ridiculous.
