This is a great gym! Mona and her staff are friendly, attentive and professional. Equipment is always clean and well maintained. Showers, bathrooms and dressing rooms are ALWAYS clean. The extra perks(massage tables, massage chairs, etc) are well worth the upgrade. I HIGHLY recommend this gym!

You get what you put out!!!! No blood or tears but a whole lot of sweat!!!!Update: 12/7/21The staff is great no matter if I come in on a Monday night or a Saturday morning. Everyone is energetic and often active on the floor with walkthroughs and member interactions.After visiting other facilities over the past few weeks things that standout are, of course, the staff; however, another intangible is the equipment layout along with member commitment to making sure the gym is taken care of as well. While in the facility you can tell that everyone is aware that their “fitness is essential” and they operate in a manner conducive to this mantra.One last thing that I feel has changed the club appeal, for the better, has been an update to the music and broadcast content being played. The tunes are more spirited and the content is more interesting. - Mask guy ?
