Overpriced gas and no public restroom. If I have to stop somewhere else for a restroom, I will buy gas there too.

Gas is overpriced (although comparable to other gas stations in the immediate area). Two pumps were out of order when I came to pump gas. There was nothing to keep the gas pumping so I had to hold it the entire time. Lastly, the gas pumped very slowly. It took a few extra minutes to fill my tank.

Always have to ask for a receipt which is so annoying.... Once my card was charged twice for gas dude didnt give me a receipt and refused to give my money back even when I showed him my transactions on my card.

I hate getting stuck going to this Shell. The Shell on Old Columbiana Road is always cheaper. Plus that Shell prints receipts and is.... NICE.

I got a nail in my tire and took my car to NTB on W Oxmoor early Sunday morning to get it repaired. They saw the nail and said it was too close to the sidewall of the tire and it was against company policy to fix (i.e., buy a new tire from us). So I went to the Austin Shell in Vestavia. The person working the counter was extremely nice and took a look. He said the nail did go in at a bad angle, but was able to plug the tire in about 5 minutes (without taking the tire off and without a hitch). He was nice to deal with, and it was great for me that they were open on Sunday morning for the repair. I would definitely recommend them.
