Hardly ever do google reviews. However after visiting the Vestavia branch today I came into an encounter of the office manager trying to belittle and talk down to an employee in front of everyone even though the employee was respectful the whole time. Wells Fargo needs to do better.

God bless the poor tellers that work here because the manager is an awful person and worse manager. I have first hand seen the way Catrice Taylor talks down to her tellers. She sits in her office all day and almost never helps customers who need a banker. The only time she will take a customer is if the district manager is there. There is a reason this branch can’t keep employees, she runs them off, but Wellsfargo clearly doesn’t care considering they still have her as a manager.

I own a small business and bank with this establishment. I also work for another company which I have to use a different bank. The other bank no matter which location you use always seem like they hate their job and are very prone to mistakes on cash handling. I had to visit both banks today. Thanks for being the best!

Do not go here if you are on a hurry. They are so short-handed that they have to close the drive-thru. They are pleasant but you need lots of time.

Service was fast and the teller was very pleasant. The branch manager also followed up with me about my experience within 2 days to ensure that everything went smoothly.

I've had nothing but problems with this branch. Worst customer service ever. The banker (white guy, dark hair, wart on his nose) wouldn't initialize a refund for me even after I showed him the documentation from the company that said they were supposed to give me a refund. He wouldn't listen! Hot garbage.

among all banks i had accounts with wells fargo turned out to be the worst out of all. And among all the wells fargo branches, the vestavia one is definitely the worst. Stupid policies for this branch alone are ridiculous, cash deposit limit of $2k at the drive through? Why? All other branches of wells fargo and all other banks do not have that non sense. If we are talking about a 10k then sure but $4k you got to come in, even if you show your ID or depositing into a business account, screw you

A teller I spoke with was very nice and at least tried to be helpful so that's the reason for the two stars. The other empty stars are for the total lack of help from anyone else. I had an account issue that needed to be resolved. They wouldn't accept any of my paperwork I had brought to resolve the account issue. So, I went down the street to your local competitor and 30 minutes later I had a new account opened successfully with the exact same documentation that Wells Fargo and the last associate I spoke with wouldn't accept. For the past few years I've ignored all the negative press regarding Wells Fargo as I thought it was just media nonsense. My recent experiences tell me that they really aren't interested in helping their customers.

Branch manager, Sharese, is very professional! Had an issue with my account and she helped us out right away! She called bank departments and figured the issue out. Within couple hours our account got back to normal. She was very friendly, helpful and did her best to resolve the issue in a timely manner. She even postponed her conference call to help us. Definitely made me feel that she has a great customer service approach.
