Kat the manager is wonderful and so full of knowledge. When I called she answered all of my questions without making me feel dumb. Made me feel really good about getting a unit with this company!

Arctic storage has been great throughout my moving process, they didn't have a unit in the size I originally considered but they had a similar sized unit for a similar price in the heated facility,The office workers were nice and explained my lease and guidelines to me very well,They had a little bowl of Halloween candy set out I thought was a cute touchI would recommend this facility to a friend

"Whoa, not for the timid". That was the first think that popped into my mind as I rounded the bottom of the hill.The entrance is very secure; a coded motorized chain link fence. However the boundary fence is rickety, patched and as I left at 6pm on a Monday, shady pedestrians standing in blinded cornors next to a fresh plywood patch.I only toured the vehicle storage (no pavilion or roof of any kind) and the outside converted conex units. I noticed more than a few patches on the sides of those of the cones.Looks like there is little to no preventative maintenance or active efforts to maintain a clear uncluttered space.Even if they had units available, I would not rent from them.
