The prices of the store were beyondreasonable. Derrick helped us furnish our home and went above and beyond to fit our needs with out being pushy.We live on base and are able to get delivery in a sensible time frame. Some of our order wasn't in stock currently so we'll have to wait for part of it, but because we purchased everything in one order we only have to worry about a single delivery fee.Store is very military friendly and offers a military discount, so remember to ask about if your family qualifies, because our family was able to save a pretty penny!!! We plan on going back for future purchases.

The store has a warm inviting atmosphere and the furniture is high quality. I was greeted by Lori, who was an absolute delight! She helped show me around the store and then let me browse around freely giving the perfect amount of customer support. She answered all of my questions and even helped me get a discount. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend visiting Ashley's Home Furniture. They even give military discount!

I recently made a purchase at Ashley Homestore during their year-end purchase. I was very happy with the sales associate Jay Smith, he wasn't pushy and was able to answer all my questions and he was very polite. They have a nice selection of furniture in this store and I will definitely go back.

Earl was wonderful. He greeted us and asked what we were looking for, as soon as we told him he directed us to the area we needed to go and said he would be with us shortly. This allowed us time to look around and see the furniture and when Earl came to check on us we gave him more details on what we needed and he was able to narrow it down to a few pieces. This made the whole process easy for us to make our decision and the checkout process was quick and easy.

We had a terrific encounter with Jay after receiving a recommendation from Mark Ciarlo at the Ultimate Mattress store. We wanted a simple headboard to get us through our next 2 years here & didn’t care to spend too much money. I called Jay after perusing the Ashley website & found the perfect headboard. I called Jay to inquire about availability in store. Of course it had to be ordered and Jay had everything ready when my husband arrived. Outstanding customer service. Jay is kind, attentive, knowledgeable & very professional. He did a STELLAR JOB!Please give him a PAY RAISE !

Me and my significant other just spent around $15,000 at this store and bought the warranty for everything. It took about a month for us to get our furniture delivered. After two weeks one of the office chairs we ordered completely broke at the stem coming up from the base. The chair hangs backwards and to the side and has no support at all. It feels like you’re on a roller coaster going up a hill. We both work at home office jobs and because of this chair being broken, I staggered my work hours by 8 hours. We only have one chair and I didn’t want to purchase another because we were told the chair was waiting on a replacement part and will be fixed soon. It’s now been almost 4 months and the chair is still broken and we are getting no progress on the chair being fixed. We asked for a refund and they refuse because we’ve had the chair for over a week before it broke. The chair was around $1000. Apparently the part is being shipped “overseas”. I just ordered something from Japan the other day and it arrived in a weeks time… This feels like we will never get the chair fixed and I’m EXTREMELY dissatisfied by the store and how this is being handled. I also feel like I’m being lied to every time I hear back from the store about why it’s taking so long. If you want good customer service, avoid this store. Imagine buying the expensive warranty and the store not honoring it. This is exactly what is happening.

Jay was a fantastic salesman. Very professional. Not the least bit pushy. He even called me after the sale to let me know that he found a way to discount the delivery charge. We just bought another piece of furniture over the phone through him. Will be making additional purchases from Ashley through Jay.

My faith in local Anchorage furniture stores has been restored—Jay helped me out when I went in to look for a couch. He was friendly, patient, not pushy, listened to what I wanted, and helped me find a couch that actually met all of my requirements. Great experience overall!

Derrick is a great salesman! He helped me choose the right couch for my office, and a week later he helped my wife choose a new set for the TV room. Ashley had a great selection too, hard to choose, lots of good choices.
