Had a very unprofessional not very friendly experience. today. I wish I had gotten the employees name. I have gotten batteries for my ATV here in the past. I needed one for my snow/blower mount. I said it was a smaller 12v garden/lawn battery. He proceeded to ask me questions that I did not know the answer to right away. I asked if he could help me look it up? He said no, " we don't have google here". I asked if he was familiar with what batteries might go on an ATV, he said, " no I don't know that." I began to look it up on my phone and prepare to show him. He had walked away. I was surprised by the lack of helpfulness and support. I will not go there again. I went to Auto Zone, they were helpful and nice. Knew exactly what I needed.

They will scam your money out of you with installation costs.. Stopped to get a battery replacement for my key fob. Guy with braided beard will ask if he can help and just start replacing the battery without telling you he's going to add a $15 installation charge for something that takes me 1 minute and 45 seconds. Most places the installation is free for something this quick, but either way, he should've told me he was about to charge $15 for installation or ask me if I'd like to do it myself. He's basically scamming people out of money by not giving us option and costs involved.

I received a message back to call Frank M at this location to talk about my dissatisfaction. When I called, they didn't know who he was and they couldn't figure out what I was talking about. Do not go to this place ever they are so disorganized they don't know what they're doing.

Yesterday I bought a portable jump box to jump a friends car that needed a jump. When I get there I put it to charge by the garage. His dad tells me he has an actual jump box that connects straight to the wall and starts the car up right away. So today I had plans to return it since I didn't use it and it was around $150. I'm waiting in line and this guy with a different shirt then everyone else starts the conversation with accusing me and giving me attitude. He says "how can I help you", I said "I'm here to return this I didn't use it". He says, "the box is open so you did use it". I said "I charged it but never used it to start a car". And he gave me a bad look Like I was cheating him. Heads to the register and says I" think you used it to start your car and now want to return it." I said "no that's not the story, And don't accuse me of something I didn't do" I said "who are you the manager", he says actually " I'm the owner. I said "wow even worse because this is the worse customer service and you shouldn't treat people like your treating me now." I said "you need to check yourself because that's horrible customer service". After all of that He did not care. I was upset because if you start a business how can the first thing you say to a customer that's going there for the first time be accusations about lying and cheating his company. Thanks a lot "Larry" I hope that if I ever need to go in there again you treat me and others with some decency and respect . Very disgusting behavior from you.

Bought a battery maintainer from them, it broke within 6 months and they refused to replace it without the receipt. They couldn’t even look up the purchase with my card, which seems quite silly to me. If you aren’t going to honor your warranty without a phone number attached to the purchase then you need to require people to give a phone number or atleast tell them that when purchasing the item.

Great customer service! I had to bring back a NEBO flashlight due to a defective charger port. But I could not find my receipt of purchase though. The gentleman helping me was very patient and took his time to try to find the transaction. They eventually figure it out and was able to give me a brand new replacement flashlight. Thank you for a great customer service! I will always be back and will recommend this place to my friends.

Fast friendly employee that shared the best tip ever! If your keyless entry keyfobe battery dies you can still start your car by pushing the start button with the dead keyfobe! Wow I didn't know that!!

They had the cell phone batteries we needed in stock. They made appointments and were on time with the drop-off and pick-up, for each of our separate appointments (two of them). The staff were thorough with verifying functionality before and after service.

Was told over the phone that I could drop off my phone and get new battery installed the next day. I went there to drop it off. The guy said, do you have an appointment, I didn't know I needed one and was told to just bring it in and would be fixed by the next day early afternoon. While we talked another guy walled in and was helped by other cashier. He got an appointment that I should have had WHILE I WAS STANDING THERE. So now, I would have to wait until Monday. NO THANKS.

I came in about 10 mo. ago to buy a remote for a ford pickup, I just wanted the remote I didn’t want to pay the $65 dollars to program it to the pickup the manager would not sell it to me. I have worked on ford trucks for 35 years. I know how to program it. This Ford truck you cycle the key 8 times to program it.I shop there as a last resort.
