The people are friendly. But they don't listen. When 5 times I told them. Do not store my credit cards. 5 times I've had to pay 33$ overdraft fees. As I see it they owe me for 5 overdraft fees!

*Warning for people with emergency medical conditions*I asked for an emergency same-day refill for my cat's asthma attack medication (steroid and inhaler), and the person who answered the phone was extremely uncaring and said it could not be done. My cat suffocated to death while we waited for his medications.If you're going to hold and fill prescriptions for emergency conditions, like asthma, you need to be willing to do same-day emergency refills. I took him to the emergency vet when Bernie's Pharmacy said they couldn't refill his medication same day, but he still suffocated to death due to the stress of the vet and not having his medications available in an emergency. The ones I had were expired and the refill would have been easy.I would call this establishment and verify what their emergency refill policy is PRIOR to allowing them to handle my prescritions if I had an emergent condition.

So I went there before and I had the best experience they were very nice and I know that it’s going to be the best pharmacy in the whole U.S.A!!!!!

Bernie's has gone over and above to be sure we have the Rx that we need and with any possible discounts available. This feels like a small town pharmacy, where they actually care about you.

I just moved here recently and my dog is on medication for chronic bronchitis. We were always able to get the med straight from our vet. The Vets don't have it and online pet meds are wrong strength. This pharmacy was able to make it for us. We are so appreciative

By FAR the friendlies pharmacy I've ever used. Very knowledgeable, never feel rushed either in the store, or on the phone. Definitely not a big-box store pharmacy. They actually care, and take the time to make sure you understand your prescriptions. Very very very friendly pharmacy! I wish there were more like them out there!

Got there at 2:00 and went to the door my phone then said 2:01pm. The door was locked even though people were inside. Then a woman walked out and I tried to ask a staff member a question. She closed the door basically in my face. Thanks for nothing

Bernie's is excellent. The only thing is that I wish they were open more hours during the weekend. Other than that they're awesome. Been coming here a good portion of my life. They opened a year before I was born.
