Everytime I come here to do my taxes I get told “we’re booked up” the door clearly says walk ins are available. They don’t try to commadate what time to come back. There was no one in the lobby it’s was just me and it’s multiple times I get told “we’re booked up for today”.

Made an appointment on Sunday for taxes and no one in office was familiar with rental income, that was no problem. Was told we would get a call by Monday by the person that could help us. No call. Followed up and he is again out of office. Called multiple times daily, by Thursday we had not heard anything and after 15 calls that day alone, with no answers, we went in office. The person that could help us was still out of office and no one informed us. Spent a while in office while they tried to even locate my original tax documents - they were unable to make copies when we originally dropped it off. We have 4 days now to submit taxes. When no one had an update when we came in office, no idea on if or when it would be completed, we decided to go to a different company that was able to complete our taxes within the hour. Joke of an office that needs more staff and better follow up with paying clients.
