yesterday my daughter's minivan wouldn't start. Contacted Jason. He said to jump start the vehicle and then bring it over to him. He within a few minutes determined that the alternator was good and the battery was bad. We quickly got a new battery and staff installed the new battery for us. Always great service to keep all the family vehicles operational on the road

He was able to get my vehicle in pretty quickly. I had a shop tell us that we needed to replace something that his shop said was in good shape. Honesty goes a long way. We appreciate him not cheating us out of money for a part that did not need replacing. The work that was done was top notch. Thanks so much ☺️

Jason was clear on his availability, got me in quickly, pricing was fair, vehicle was done when promised. Jason is quick to respond via text/phone, which is fantastic.
In terms of customer service and integrity, one very minor issue cropped up after the work and Jason was extremely quick to respond and had it taken care of the very next day. Greatly appreciated.

Unbelievably fast. They were so flexible to help me get my car repaired. I expected to wait some time, large due to the snowfall as well as so many people needing tire changeovers. They gave me a very transparent set of expectations and quotes. Quick and easy answers. They told me a part needed shipped up here, so I expected a wait of two weeks possibly. This also fell the week of thanksgiving, which added to my very relaxed set of expectations (quite a few weeks for repair since a part needed shipping and it fell near a holiday and it was a rusted out old part) . To my complete surprise they had my car repaired in less than 10 days. I was in disbelief. Toyota quoted me an $1100 job, and weeks of work, to wich the $1100 wasn’t included in. So $1100 + labor. Their quote for the work was so much more affordable and their professionalism and willingness to knock out the work makes me very very happy with their services! Trust me, I’ll be reaching out to them for my work, and referring anyone I know their way. Honest business and quick service.
