Jiffy Lube, the place to go for a CONVENIENT quick oil change but it’s 3 stars. I go here from time to time and I would say they got a fun group of guys that work there, friendly BUT, they are also there to hustle you. Example, today I got the nonsense that my coolant reservoir was empty and for $9.99 they would top it off. Should be free! Second that is a BOLD LIE my friend, I know how much is in there I drive an old vehicle! I checked again after I left and yes a lie it was. I have a photo attached. So if you don’t mind the hustle and lies, get your oil change say no to the offers. I only say yes to things I know I need and want the convenience that day. Things like light bulb or an OLD not just dirty air filter. Again you go here for quick convenience 3 star deal.

Don’t come here for an oil change if you bring your own filter . Finally decided to do my own oil change and found that they never used my own filter I would bring the last 5 times I went . Used a service champ filter instead of the K&N one I brought .Service: Oil change

I just wanted to shout out Ian who provided me amazing service! I went there to get a new air filter but unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock. He told me where to go and if that place wouldn't install it, to come back and he would do it. So I got the filter and came back. He took care of it and I was in and out under 3 mins. I appreciate him taking the time to help and going above and beyond! Amazing service!

5/27/23: supposed to be open at 8. I get there at 8 and there are several cars already waiting. The manager finally showed up at 8:34 to open the place. Not a good way to do business. I asked for a discount.2017: Excellent customer service, very friendly. They took out the old air filter, didn't put in a new one, and didn't realize their mistake until after I left. When I got home a few minutes later, they called to let me know. They offered to come to me to put it in but I was fairly close and headed that direction in an hour anyway so I swung by, they put it in, and refunded me the cost of the filter for their mistake and my inconvenience.

I used to love going to jiffy lube but this time i went they called to see if i wanted all these different things done on my vehicle i did not ask for. Maybe recommend but still i said no and got hung up on. Plus when i was leaving i had the guy that took my money say i had a mayor oil pan leak and he can do the work on the side for me his name was tye why didn't i get a phone call right away if i had this problem? Plus i did not notice my oil leaking anywhere at my work or anything.

They did a great job for a fast oil change they will try to get you to buy services you don't need but overall great experience getting an oil change.

The oil is changed with a new filter and the fluids are topped off. Don't be in a hurry. This took over forty-five minutes. Some customers are also given priority while you wait. If you're okay with this, this is your place.My stop was a Wednesday morning at 10:00. I was the last of three cars. Note: they didn't drive my car in like the signs all indicate. Be careful of the ice patches and small berms as you drive yourself in.The JL sticker is on my inner door from a previous visit which should make today's stop that much more convenient. Plus, it's just a straight oil change. I was planning on an in-and-out, and on my way in minutes experience. Hardly. Amid all the typical yelling they checked all my lights and turn signals. Everything but the hazards. Then every ten minutes or so they would come around and ask if I wanted addition work done, such as rear differential service, replace the air filter, new wiper blades and if I want them to check the cabin filter. PRO TIP: Don't have them monkey around with the cabin filter. In most cases it's in behind your glove box and you can get a brand new one for around $20 at the auto parts store and install it, yourself. I look over and the two cars ahead of me are finished and driving away. Two different cars now drive in.I have no idea what was taking so long with my car, but I do know they are not at all organized. Three different people asked me the same question within minutes of each other. Then the same people came back through 10 minutes later and asked (individually) "Are you through and ready to get going?"Wow. Ummm, how do I know?"Oh, has such -n- such been through to finish billing you out?"No. But I need to get going!"I'll send him right over."Of course he didn't come, he's finishing up with Bay 3. Then Bay 2. Finally, he gets to me. I show him the coupon that his company emailed me two weeks ago. It doesn't work. I guess it's back to the repair shop for simple oil changes.
