Horrible. I went in with the part I wanted replaced. They couldn't find my RV in system nor recommend a part from different mfg. Had to leave. They didn't know how to help me.

I always go to this napa and never usally have a problem getting parts They have an employee in there named David and he's very rude and doesn't seem to want to help when you have questions. Definitely won't go back to him.

The manager has a major attitude. Literally will NOT come back to this store now.They’re inventory is also jacked. Several times I’ve made the drive here for parts they say are in stock, but aren’t when I show up.

I went to find relay fuses and fuses for my Dodge Journey and the red headed man sitting behind the counter wasn't helpful at all! Infact he sold me 4 items that were wrong. So I wasted time all just to go back and return them. I went to O'Reilly auto shop and all 4 gentleman behind the counter were very helpful.
