Go early and beat the crowds ?. However, during peak hours there's still access and availability of exercise machinery and treadmills. Clean, relaxed environment. Staff are very helpful and courteous! Only cons and why I gave 4? is the wifi sometimes does not connect. Maybe it's just me but recently had problems with that. Other than that, no issues!

Isn't there supposed to be some kind of dress code women walking around with the shortest possible shorts, very tight in the wrong places! wearing sports bras. I thought guys can't even wear muscle shirts. This is making us very uncomfortable we'll have to find another gym.

Good equipment,clean, and great prices. Not the nicest of staff. Some of them are friendly. But for the most part they act like u are more of an annoyance.

This place is open 24 hrs a day and yet when the crowd meter shows a 3. So they shut off half of treadmills for cleaning. Don't understand that.

The gym is clean. Always a lot of people and it is so difficult to cancel a membership. You can’t just call and cancel you need to go down to the gym. That’s not easy to do when you are in college so you just get charged more. OR they tell you to write a letter to them explaining why.

Pretty good place to come, machines are wiped down daily by staff and are always more than willing to help.

Great for the price. I have been going here for a few years. The blond man with glasses is pretty rude and I'm now considering leaving. I've never had a problem with anyone before. Maybe filter staff a little better moving forward.

Friendly staff...price is right...they are always cleaning...plenty of parking...and right next to the grocery store
