Wow I don't know what happened over the course of the last year but this place is completely different. It's clean now. Well kept the new owners care about business and it's clear they care about their customers. I'm absolutely a fan of Popeyes again.

I am a food delivery driver and my experience picking up orders at Popeyes usually would be quick but the last time I picked up an order I noticed other customers waiting for almost 30 mins for their orders. It seemed so busy but I applaud the manager for staying on top of orders and making sure cooks were getting food cooked in a timely manner. Much respect for her.

I came in for a delivery order when the systems were down. The manager (i think) stayed calm and treaeted every one with respect even though we were all frustrated. 9 oclock on mar 16

Service is really bad at night, doordash people are often waiting 40min-1hour for pick ups and multiple are waiting. Drive through goes a little quicker but waiting is still very long, not sure how come it’s always backed up there but the food is a bit worth it.

I used to love Popeyes. I’m sure in the south it is still great. Ours on C st…is not. Every order is missing something or has undercooked chicken. Today was my last straw and I won’t eat there again in our state.
They forgot several items which is one thing.
But I ordered six Popeyes biscuits. They substituted what looks like KFC biscuits without any warning. They were…freaking awful. I’ve left a google review and a complaint with corporate bc this is outrageous.
