Swickard dealerships don’t care customer experience. Just looking to sell you a car. Zero follow up once they have you sign the contract. I will avoid all Swickard dealerships moving forward.

Terrible experience, showed up this morning to drop off tires. No one was anywhere to be found. The dealership was totally empty, but the doors were open. Called back to let a salesman know that we dropped the tires off and the salesman was rude to us. Time to sell our Porsche and buy something with better service I guess!

Had an unpleasant experience. Bought a new Porsche in March and upon purchase they tried to set up my PorscheID so I can have access on my phone.. They were unable to complete that for me, I was told by Adam, the salesman, that I needed to have an update performed to be able to set up PorscheID on my vehicle and that i can do it on my next service visit. Called the service department to get something set up. Was unable to reach them, tried calling all day to get ahold of someone and no call back. So i decided to schedule online, about a month out. Fast forward to today 10/3/23 I drove 3 hours and paid for a hotel the night before to make my 9am appointment for today. Showed up at 9am and was told I had scheduled it on the Volkswagen schedule and not on the Porsche Schedule, and they are not sure what update it needed but they will look at it. Was going to wait but the car needed to be Worked-In at this point. OK so i left the dealership no loaner vehicle available. I ended up stuck in town with no car had to use uber to get anywhere. Now its about 2pm I get a call stating theres no update to perform and that it was going to have to be done with Sales and a Sales Manager would help me but he leaves at 4pm. Now I’m a bit irritated. So i go back to the dealership and was told that they will have a Sales Manager would be with us to help us get this set up so I sit in the waiting area for someone to come greet us. No one comes. So we ask if he will still be coming, then we are told that he will be giving us a call and that we can do it over the phone and not come back in for this. Great! So I’ve waited around town till early afternoon with no car to say that theres nothing we can do and basically our salesman lied and wasted our time.. unpleasant experience for our “first” service appointment. On our brand new vehicle..

I brought my daughter’s Golf Sports Wagen for an intermittent check engine light. It was quickly diagnosed to random misfires. A remedy was recommended and the job was finished per the required time. I am very pleased with the service performed by the mechanics and communication with Gerald at the Services Department.

Gerald went above and beyond for me. He got my Atlas in for service and knocked out all the recalls in a great timely manner. He even got me a shuttle ride home and picked me back up when vehicle was ready. 10 star rating if I could give it! Keep doing what you do good sir!

Scheduled my Audi Q5 for a 40,000 mile service. Had to wait a little while to get it in but everything went perfectly. Drop off was seamless, they called me same day ready for pick up, had it all shined up when I took it home. All in all great experience.

The buying and selling part of the process was quick and easy.Pickup was rough, couldn't get hold of anyone to find out the status of our vehicle for nearly three days (two days longer than we were told) the repairs we were told would be getting done during that time weren't done and we've been told a third party will be doing that.The sales people were professional and friendly, overall it felt like a good experience but once the sale was made it felt sloppy and frustrating.

Gerald was awesome! Took great care of me, and kept my informed while my car was being inspected/serviced for warranty concerns. They even patched a tire for me that I was unaware of. Very happy with the service provided, thank you!

Thank you to Eleazar Torino & Kelsey Amara . You guys have excellent team work. We purchased a 2023 Macan S for our 40th wedding anniversary. You guys came through for us from the day we put in our order to delivery day. I would also like to thank the lady that brought goodies to our Grandchildren. I have been servicing my 2014 Q5 annually. I have noticed a decline in service representative performance on my most recent April 2023 service. The quality of service on my vehicle was great. I missed a call from Audi rep on my cell. I called back 3 times over an hour with no response. I drove to dealership and arrived at an empty showroom. After a discussion with rep over poor communication issues I picked up my vehicle and left. I would suggest in the future if a rep calls a client to pick up vehicle and can't reach client, please leave a voicemail that vehicle is ready. There should be someone in the showroom at all times to greet the public. Or at least monitoring the front desk visually from the auto bay.

OMG David Susuico is the best service writer I have ever had the pleasure of leaving my vehicle with. Several little hang nails on my Atlas and he took advantage of the moment with a tech just getting available. He set the right time frame out on the work he needed to get done and communicated it well. I do my best to work with him because he humans well.
