I went in to buy a new fat bike for myself yesterday and was helped by Paul. He was exceptionally kind and patient, and took his time to explain things and make sure I understood what I was buying. Great bikes and great customer service.

Highly recommend Speedway. I walked in with a general idea of what I was looking for and the staff was super patient and helpful while I was making my decision. Some of the best customer service and down to earth folks I have ever worked with.

Fast service, knowledgeable and exact. I got my Kona from them and the two times that I brought it in, the service was excellent. They're not the big box stores trying to dump off last year's inventory, but offer great service. They will go the extra mile without being prompted to...had spokes taken care of the first time and the tech put lock-tite on threads, a nice touch. Replaced a few parts and got upgraded at a decent price. A fast turn around for your bike! Go support this shop! Dig the old school speakers on the floor, by the way.

I walked in late in the afternoon and the guys in the shop helped me fix my tire pump for no charge. Very friendly and helpful staff, a very clean and well-equipped shop. I will shop here when I’m ready to replace my bike.

Best progressive snow bikes, great line of summer trail bikes, great mechanics and an owner that stands behind everything that rolls out the door. Brings the bike community together hosting the Talkeetna Trio, and in the past a myriad of races and group rides . Top notch dudes all around in there. Thanks for keeping me out riding guys!!

The staff at Speedway are top shelf professionals, highly knowledgeable, seasoned Alaska riders, and will go out of thier way to help you choose the right bike for you, or get yours repaired the "right way," in a timely manner. It's a fantastic shop, great product layout, and a pressure-free environment.
