Best used book store in Anchorage. They have a trade in program for people that care about that, and very good selection. Helpful staff as well.

Absolutely love this place. It's easy for the employees to look up specific books you're looking for but sometimes they get lost in the shuffle of things. There are multiple different places to find a book so it's best to ask them first. Decently priced and some fun book things too like bags, bookmarks, stickers, etc.4 ⭐️ only because sometimes they say they don't have a specific book, but I've found it on their shelves or they say they DO have it but they can't track it down.

Awesome bookstore. Clean and well lit. Lots of books to check out. Kids and adult books, some DVDs too. Sections are easy to find. You can sell books there as well. Books are in good shape. We stop here all the time and just can’t help but purchasing a few books each time. Better than the big name bookstores in my opinion. Check them out for your book needs!

The people who work there are always nice and helpful. I appreciate having a bookstore that sells both used and new items. They have such a great range of products as well, including stationary, puzzles, and vinyls.

Found some great kids book, some specific Alaska books and some great books on knitting. Every other time I've gone I have also gotten great deals on things I was looking for that day. Love Tidal Wave books. It is truly a great used book store.

The selection of books is superior to nearby box stores, but best of all is their selection of gently used books for just 4 or 5 dollars. The kids section is a delight, the Alaskana theme sections are great and all other genre sections are pretty complete. Walking through here is always a treat.

Stopped in to drop off some books. Desk staff was very aggressive, patronizing and rude. Not welcoming at all. It was close to closing time; maybe he was just having a bad day. That’s still no excuse. You should treat customers with appreciation, not condescension.

Very rude staff. Don’t try and sell books there. Just not worth it. Going to buy all my books on Amazon from now on.

Very large selection of books. Very well organized. Helpful staff. Just about the three items needed for a perfect book store. They buy books as well.

Great place to find great books and sell your old books for store credit or cash
