Came in with my daughter to get her a eyeshadow palette and I asked an older gray haired woman what she would recommend for my skin type. I told her the issues I was having with what I had been using for years and she said, well this is the luxury brand and its very expensive. Like I couldn't afford it. It was uber uncomfortable so we left. I'm putting this on my face and you don't know how much money I have. She then tried to tell me she would give me a sample and I just said no thanks and left. It was an all around weird experience.

Tyler and Corianne from the clinic made my day. The customer service was outstanding. They were professional, sufficient and very knowledgeable. I felt welcomed as they approached me for assistance. Tyler went above and beyond what I could have ever expected. He made me feel fabulous and as beautiful as ever. Hisexpertise was impeccable. Thank you both

Plenty of options for people on a budget, really kind service at the counter, friendly and funny staff, makes you feel good buying makeup from someone who takes time out of their day to make you smile and tell a joke. Easy returns money was refunded with 15 mins to my card.

I love ulta and the dimond store is where i normally visit. Everything is easy to find, the check out line moves quickly and when my favorite person greets me when I walk in and checks me out when i'm done shopping, it makes me want to return! Want a good experience? Look for Razz when you walk through the door & when you are ready to leave. Razz - who is always calm, patient, kind, friendly, and attentive! Standing behind a register all day is not easy, she makes it look effortless! Ulta is fortunate to have her!

I dont like coming here because this store is always cluttered and messy. I was there on 12-11 to return an item around 730pm, and the line was wrapped around the travel sized items. There were 2 cashiers at the register. One of the girls checked out her customer, then shut down her register, went to hug her friend goodbye as she was leaving the store, then went to the back, which then left 1 cashier with a line of people. The girl that was left alone had a customer with an extensive transaction, and it was taking some time. I heard when she called for backup on her headset. While I was in line, I could see 3 associates gathered at the back of the store (by a door) having a conversation. One guy came to help out...eventually. The manager was MIA after she helped a customer at the online order pickup station. Although the only encounter I had with an employee was at checkout, in which he was just dry, those things, to me, reflect the environment of that location. Not somewhere I want to be. I felt bad for the young lady at the register.

Lazy and uncooperative staff. Was told that I needed the barcode to do a pick up order. Left and came back with the barcode, staff insisted that I didn’t need it. The lazy and uncooperative staff member claimed that she couldn’t find it to the helpful staff member. So that is why she told me that she needed a barcode. I will never be returning to this location. I look forward to it closing down.

Poor service,Couple gals on the sales floor who stated yes to working there but actually off the clock can’t even direct me to someone who can. Just blanks Stares without even greeting. At this rate, let’s just introduce self check out.

While attempting to checkout, I was asked 3 times in a row, back to back to back “do you have a phone number you’d like to use” to who I I replied ‘I don’t have one’, 3 times in a row. This is not an exaggeration, it was extremely weird and made me very uncomfortable, I was explicitly clear ALL THREE TIMES, why would you ignore what I’m saying and continue to badger me? I know about your point system, that doesn’t change the fact that I don’t have a phone number, they then allowed the person behind me to use THEIR phone number to collect my points after damn near harassing me for mine. This location also closes unexpectedly during open hours often, there have been more than 5 times over the past year I’ve arrived at the store for all the lights to be on and the doors locked during open hours.

Went in one day knowing absolutely nothing about makeup or how to apply it, Paul went out of his way to help tone-match, teach how to apply the makeup, and offer suggestions. A++, will shop here again and it's all thanks to Paul

I went into this store with only foundation on my mind but I knew I wanted to achieve a look I had in my head..just lost in where to start. Without having to ask for help, Addie came up to me and asked how she could help me. I explained what I was looking for and she was proactive and confident in her skill. I’ve been to this store all over the country and this was the best experience I’ve had. I left understanding what I bought, how to use it and I was even educated on my own skin. This was fantastic! I left buying a lot more than I intended but was so satisfied and I’m so excited to use what I got and to now add to it. This team member is definitely an asset to this store and I’ll definitely be back to this location because of her! Thanks so much
