This store is awesome! They have the coolest Christmas ornaments in here! I loved the leaf ornaments. I found the most perfect cottonwood leaf for our Christmas tree this year!

Kind, friendly, helpful, and pressure-free customer service, including a referral to another store for an item we were looking for and a discount coupon we didn't know about. Lots of Christmas-themed items.

They have no customer service once you leave the store with a purchase. If you get home and find you bought a defective product, good luck trying to get it resolved. We called their listed phone number for 14 straight days and no one answers. We tried texting but to no avail. I found a traveler review site that showed an icon to send a email. The email came back as “undeliverable” Our next attempt will be sending a letter by certified mail. Of course that’s no guarantee either. They could sign for the certified letter which only proves the mail was received. However it’s most likely they won’t bother to open the letter based on the lack of response thus far. My warning is be careful and fully inspect any purchased product while you are still in the store. Once you leave and have any issue or even a simple question there is no way to communicate with them. This store is a high volume business designed solely to serve the several cruise lines that dock in this city. Good service is not necessary because most buyers only cruise to Alaska once in their lifetime. Thus, there is no need to be concerned about ignoring customer complaints from customers who will most likely not frequent the state again.

We bought a beautiful Igloo manger display item and when we got home found that the baby Jesus piece was missing. This was noticed after we opened what was a very carefully wrapped package. We tried calling the store many times during store hours and phone is never answered.call -- and they do not have voice mail. We have no idea how to reach them to resolve this. Lousy lousy customer service.

All year long here! Had to grab a great souvenir ornament from Ketchikan! Bling Blinky of TEXAS Shout Out: HUGE SELECTION!! Had fun looking through them all!

This was my FAVORITE STORE on our Alaskan Cruise! I bought a beautiful Santa for my collection of over 500 and the cutest Eskimo Nativity Set to go along with the other 45 I have! They played Christmas Music, predominantly Christian Christmas music...and even my husband was thrilled with the whole ambiance of the store! Don't miss out on this place if you LOVE CHRISTMAS as much as I do...or even if you are a Grinch...you will love it, too! They even ship to the lower 48...so I didn't have to try to carry it back to the boat or argue with TSA about what I can or can't take back with me...and the shipping $ was REASONABLE AND FAIR!

We have shopped here multiple times for Christmas ornaments and Nativity sets, They have the largest selection of Christmas bulbs and other Christmas related items we have seen in Alaska. They also offer kids & adult one piece sleep wear. . . BOTTOM LINE: Cute store to stop in for a visit. It is located right across from Docks #1 & #2 off Front Street. Yes, not of the items are China imports that you will find here, but non the less some cute things for gifts. MY RATING: 8/10
