I had a very good experience selling my car to Automaxx recently. Keith and Richard were so friendly and made a fair deal to me. They also have a great variety of cars to purchase on site and I would buy from them in the future. Thank you for the great experience!

Avoid this company. They are the shadiest and the most untrustworthy car sellers on the planet.Firstly, I bought a vehicle from them, they only informed me that the car had been in a major accident that cost $7000+ when I had signed the first document. Then she slipped the accident details infront of me. Despite asking her for details on the car prior to agreeing to it the week before. All she sent were pictures.
Had driven 3 hours from a different city to get the car, and made arrangements around driving back so I had no choice.
Secondly, the sales person kept pushing for me to get extra warranty, but never said a word or mentioned anything about gap insurance.
I have spoken with 7 car dealerships like this and they have all told me that they always inform their customers of gap insurance and that not telling me about it was terrible business. Even a sales person at automaxx said "I looked at your file and was surprised that you didn't have gap insurance". That was the first I had heard about gap insurance.
Giving one star is because google doesn't have minus 1 star, hence why I gave them one star.
I HAVE CALLED 8 TIMES SINCE GETTING THE CAR AND THEY NEVER CALL ME BACK. I CALLED TWO DAYS AFTER GETTING THE CAR AND 6 TIMES AFTER THAT, EVEN CALLED TO TALK TO THE MANAGERS. ALL THEY SAY IS " He is on a call, he will call you back". Called their main location also to speak to a manager, same thing.
I am investigating my legal options and I will use all the means available to me to let everyone know about this guy's.

Really great talk with them . I was looking to trade my car for better one and Brit is such a amazing person who help me to figure out whats a good option for today. Thanks to her patient and fast idea. Really good company with a friendly staff . Probably gonna go to them again soon !

Highly recommended! This is the second time with automaxx 16th ave. And we always go home with a happy face its because, brittany help us a lot to get it all done, she is amazing and easy to communicate with everything,i would like to thank also, Brandon the finance manager and randy the account manager! My car was breaking down and I needed something reliable and I needed it fast. Britany is a real life hero! I told her what vehicles I was interested in and she moved mountains and made it happen so fast! I now have a beautiful Hyundai Sant Fe. Not only did she solve my car problems but also solved all of my life problems too ? She was so professional and definitely knows what she is doing. I recommend that nobody ever buys a vehicle any where else other than from Brit!

Brittany and her team worked with me to find me a vehicle, and then get my financing. Once the financing was obtained and transferred to the bank to finance the loan, I was dropped like a hot potato. I was promised delivery to Edmonton which never happened, and then promised a tank of gas, and wasn’t even given that. When it came to getting information about my vehicle that I was approved for, I was told the make and model but given no other information. I was told I would get pictures and didn’t. And when it came to returning phone calls didn’t get those either. I wanted to give a 5 star review but cannot rightfully do so as it would have been a lie. Brittany may have done her best, but she could have done better as well as her team. They did good but they did not go above and beyond to make the customer happy. As far as customer service is concerned they earned a 3/5.?

Went to auto quest first and got the d+ck around for a month. Even knew the owner personally. Offered some ridiculous interest rate, so their not as "tight" with their lenders as they think lol.
Then automaxx found me and these guys are so tight with lenders. And got me approved for the lowest rate I've had in years. Credit is always an issue who's lying about that, but automaxx will get you into a whip you want and enjoy and they will not frikken quit on you. Fully transparent and completely dedicated to their goal and you will be leaving with a vehicle that week! They also work on credit restoration with you. They become your pals through it all and I will keep coming back here.
They're referral bonus is great so if no one referred you mention my name haha I'll take their $

I highly recommend Brittany, let me tell yeah the hoops she helped me jump to get my lost ID, and change my Ontario driving license over to Alberta. I have never met someone who really cares about their customers, Brittany wasn't so interested in just making the sale she wanted to generally help me out. Thank you so much Brittany this is definitely one for the books. :)

Super easy to deal with! They know how to take the stress out of buying a car! Brittany B. at AutoMaxx on 16th Ave NW in Calgary was super friendly and knowledgeable she worked personally with my insurance company to make sure i could pick my vehicle up next day and took on all the leg work! will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle!
