Previously I owned a VW Passat and thought that may be my next vehicle. With all the word speak of electric I made an appointment with sales which they did not keep. I was standing outside waiting at appointed time and thought to check my phone. No calls but they inadvertently posted a text that I was supposed to read and obey. No apology just that they could rebook. Surprised at all the negative reviews. So I rebooked all right and bought a Volvo from VOLVO CARS OF ROYAL OAK. Don't bother responding about how sorry you are I informed VW Canada. Chit for bean...Fail

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sydney when I brought my Volkswagen Atlas in for a winter tire swap. From start to finish, she provided outstanding service that went above and beyond. I came in on Monday for the tire swap, and when I returned a few days later for a wheel retorque, they didn’t have any technicians available. Without hesitation, Sydney took it upon herself to grab a torque wrench and retorque the wheels herself, ensuring I left with everything safely in place. Her professionalism, initiative, and attention to detail have truly made my experience with Volkswagen’s service team exceptional. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for top-notch customer service. Thank you, Sydney!

Brought my car in for an oil change. Was told it would take 90 minutes. After 1 hour and 15 minutes my car was still sitting in the service drive thru. I asked the service advisor why it’s still sitting there. The mechanic took the wrong car instead of mine that was scheduled next. I’m not impressed considering I’m the only customer that’s waiting while the service is being done. Also not impressed that when I called in August, a year after my last service but not 15,000 km since the last service , the person making appointments said to wait till I reached another 15,000 km. When speaking to another person today I was told every 15,000 or a year which ever comes first. You’d think the person making service appointments would know this.

Best experience ever at Country Hills Volkswagen.. We purchased a 2023 Atlas and we are pretty much happy with the car. The staff were great especially Manik (our salesperson) and Jennifer (our finance manager) helped us to make this happen, they were very accommodating to all our question, guiding us every detail and features of the car. Hands down to guys. Definitely we will spread the word for CHVW dealerships...

Juan was super attentive and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met with getting to and from as well as making sure my car was looked over with precision. As a long time VW owner this is the only dealership I will go to for maintenance.
I also need to give a great big shout out to @Vanessa M. She made what started out as a bit of a rocky transaction seemingly smooth in the end. She has and continues to go above and beyond for me after the newest purchase of my VW tiguan. This is my 4th VW and I couldn't be happier. I just purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Taos, and I can’t express how incredible the experience was from start to finish! The standout aspect was the amazing service I received at Country Hills Volkswagen.
My salesperson, Mario, truly went above and beyond. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions with such patience and expertise. I felt genuinely valued throughout the entire process, not just another customer.
