Bought their bedroom set thru Brick and Im appalled that such poor quality is sold anywhere in the world. We are talking lowest quality 3/8" and 1/2" 100% scrap particle and pressboard stapled, glued and or screwed together yes "scrap" as all non visilbe areas are made from different color laminated scrap particleboard, everything is croocked. missaligned, staples and or screws already out, cracks and glue marks everywhere....

I would say the furniture I bought is not the best of quality and breaks easily, but I am giving them a five star for the customer service that was provided by their parts customer rep Vanessa.She has helped me dealing with Tanguay furniture from the beginning to the end. It was an extremely frustrating experience but Vanessa made it better by helping out and going above expectations. I highly recommend dealing with her for any parts issues in the future.

Order our son a new bedroom set (Driftwood bed frame, headboard, bedside table and dresser) and the quality and build was absolutely astonishing vs the price we paid.Almost everything arrived pre assembled and very simple instructions for the items that weren't.Very happy with our purchase, and making sure the next piece of furniture we buy is from this company.

Furniture is beautiful, but trying to put the headboard on with incomplete instructions. The instructions only tell you to take the metal brackets off and the says to attach the headboard with screws that are not included in the hardware bag. That's all the instructions. No explanation of how to attached the headboard. Taking the brackets out, there are four holes that almost ruin the headboard. Then two other holes I assume to put the not included screws. Not impressed. All this money amd you cant afford proper instructions or four extra screws, instead of brackets with 8 extra screws that aren't needed? Seriously not happy.

Extremely poor quality. Drawers fall off the tracks every time they are opened. Laminate is peeling around the edges. Hard to believe somebody actually thought this was an acceptable product to put on the market. I might as well have flushed $450.00 down the toilet.

The entire set went from the box to the garbage. The drawers are all crooked and damaged. Missing pieces and extremely low quality built some drawers rail partially assembled and screw holes mostly useless. Worst purchase of my life

I should have known better and not taken the risk. I was shopping for bed frames on FB marketplace when I found the ad for the bed. I never knew that it was being sold by a company under the name dynamic furniture until recieving the boxes for the bed frame labeled with it.. upon opening/ setting up the frame we found it very poorly made. Only 5 slats to hold up mattress as well as the headboard is way to tall compared to the rest of the frame, causing a huge gap between bottom of headboard and where the mattress top sits. We got this on Thursday, it has been only 5 days since recieving the frame and it is broken in 2 places.I've asked for a refund from the company and I have not heard anything in return. Terrible customer service to go with the terrible quality of furniture, i would not recommend it to anyone.I'd put half a star if I could.I'll have to spend more money fixing this bed frame than what I originally spent on the frame itself.
