Great staff is very friendly and outgoing. Bring your pets, and they will get showered with treats, and you get to take free treats home with your purchase. My dog loves the staff and we visit once a week.

Absolutely amazing experience. I was looking for a certain type of treats for my dog with a sensitize tummy. Even though they did not have the treats they sent me home with some samples to try with his tummy before buying a bag. The employees were so cheerful and kind.

This is the best pet store in Calgary!!! The staff is not only friendly, approachable and helpful, they also go above and beyond to make sure you have all the education on products you are buying so you can have the best for your pet! I love coming here, if they don’t have something you want they will try their best to help you find it. Highly recommend making this your local pet store

Excellent cat grooming process! You come in with your cat and help keep them on the grooming table while they get their shave, it's all kept very calm, easy, very gentle physically and mentally for cats and owner. Tammy's never nicked my cat and her knowledge and confidence with grooming and cat anatomy is a big part of what keeps the cats so calm and makes the process so smooth.

I've come in multiple times over the last few months and every time the bucket of spray millet has been a mashed up mess of broken stems with no usable product and today I found large clumps of animal hair in it.
