Wonderful shop and service! Can’t say enough great things about the owner Casey. Super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to his craft. They made a 4 player pedestal arcade I have been very impressed with. Have bought many arcade components from them as well over the years, quite satisfied with everything I received. Gives great advice and suggestions, quality products. Mad props for Retro Active Arcade, not many stores like it in the country :)

High quality arcade games and absolutely the best customer service. I've had a stand-up two player multi-game unit for over 2 years that has seen hundreds of hours of play. When I had a recent technical issue, Casey reponded immediately, walked me through how to fix it and had the game back up and working in short order.
