I went in to get enough hair dye and developer to get me through the winter as I don't like winter driving, I got my hair dye then as I was going for developer the woman (who kept calling me sweety, hunny etc grrr) tells me #10 developer is better for hair, I asked if it is good for greys, i'm 55 she says " oh yes" well it's not. I'm furious I spent money on a #10 developer instead of my usual #20. I believed this "professional". Now I have a full 32 oz bottle i can't use as it doesn't cover greys well at all. And she shouldn't call people sweety, hunny 10 times in 7 minutes it's rude. I'm 55 not 3

The "consultants" there are there for 1 job only ... to SELL product. They are inexperienced and give conflicting advice and also bad advice or plain lies. I've heard so many times about a particular product being AMAZING and no it's not amazing, just something they need to sell and get off their shelves. So my suggestion, do your research on your own online before you make a decision on how to spend your money at Sally's. ESPECIALLY when it comes to coloring your hair. Research because Sally's sale consultants will try sell you something or tell you to do something you don't need to do when coloring your hair. Resulting in a negative result or going back to spend more money.

Generally the staff are friendly and try their best to be helpful. However, this location is ALWAYS out of stock on so many items. It really is super annoying when you can never get the hair color or products you need.

The best customer service.I just visited and both ladies in charge were wonderful. The tall blonde helped me chose what I needed, taking the time and making sure I was going to be happy with my purchase. Thanks gal! You rock.

The staff at this location are always fabulous! Super friendly and helpful, even though they're busy and juggling ever-changing restrictions due to the pandemic. The manager Jenzel is AWESOME!! She took a large order over the phone so I wouldn't have to take the time to go through the website. She was extremely knowledgeable about products and gave me great recommendations. And good for them, enforcing the rules to keep everyone safe. If you can't keep a mask on your child, don't bring it to the store with you or order online. Take responsibility for your own situation. The staff are doing their best. They can't go against policy. They're probably just as overwhelmed as you are. Be kind.

I've been shopping here for 2 yrs and everytime I visit this store, I leave happy. Great and friendly customer service. My fav Sally's store. Been to the one in South common and I can't say the same. Love retailers that care about their workplaces ❤️❤️❤️

I went here on March 4 and the girl working in the late afternoon was so helpful! I was getting toner but I've never toned my hair before and she was super helpful telling me exactly how to use it. I toned my hair the exact way she told me when I got home and I wish I had done this years ago! Super helpful and friendly without being overbearing, thanks a bunch!

I bought an ion, colour Brilliance product. I was told to just follow the directions on the package. The package said nothing about using a developer. The product didn't work. I went back to the store I bought it from, where they told me I should just know I needed to use a 20 developer and at the appropriate ratio.I went to another store where I was told almost the same thing and that I should have watched a YouTube videoThe lady fumbled with the package for a while and eventually found a spot hidden away in the corner where it said 1:1. From that she concluded that I should have known to use a 20 developer at a one-to-one ratio.Wasted money and my 13 year old girl hates Sally Beauty

This would be a 0 rating if possible. I was sold a replacement warranty when I purchased my curling iron. 6 WEEKS AGO I phoned the Extended warranty to place my claim they said it would be easy & would get a gift card in 5 days. LIES. It has been 6 weeks and no response, no update. Do NOT BUY EXTENDED WARRANTY they do not honor it and have poor customer service. I have tried to phone the store but no one ever answers the phone at this location. Go to chatters where they honor warranties and answer their phones!!!!

Refused service because a two year old wasn’t wearing a mask. I understand that you have the right to refuse service to anyone but to expect a toddler to be able to put on and take off a mask by themselves is ridiculous. Happy to take my business elsewhere.
