I have no idea why this store of all places is so insanely phobic of alternative people. It's ironic given there's alt people working there and we shop there a lot because we love makeup. You'd think they'd be used to alt people. Mac and NYX stores give me no issue. Every single time I've gone into Sephora since they opened I will have 5-8 staff closely watching me. That's overly aggressive and makes me not want to shop there. You only need 1 or 2 people watching 1 person. Otherwise you're intimidating a potential customer and scaring them away, and you're neglecting other customers that need help when you've got 10 people on the floor of a busy store and 8 of them are watching 1 person. Y'all need to CALM DOWN. I've never had that many people watching me and following me around anywhere else.

came in November 18th this year staff treated me very well great service and they knew exactly where to find stuff for my wife for Xmas.

Great staff lots of stock. Dirty shelves can see buildup of nasty layers you would think after COVID people would be cleaner.But again nice staff wonderful stock.

Been here many times. However, my last experience was so good and it was all because of a girl working there. I think her name was Kyle..? (pretty sure Filipina) and she was unbelievably friendly, helpful, down-to-earth, and so easy to talk to. Gave me a great honest opinion about formulation choices to what I was looking for and helped me find my perfect match! If you need help from someone who doesn't seem standoffish and who truly cares about actually helping you all while making the experience uplifting and enjoyable, ask for Kyle!!!

I'm reluctant to give a three because eventually there was a girl that helped us and she was lovely, however she was the third person we had to find to help us and the first two just didn't seem like they could be bothered. We walked around aimlessly looking for what we wanted but even with the "help us" looks on our faces the staff we ran into were reluctant at best to give a straight answer or even do more than point and walk the other way. The only redeeming part was the girl that did help us and went out of her way to look up what we were after. If it wasn't for her the rating would be a 1* for sure.

I went in around my birthday, I grabbed the wrong eye liner. Went in to exchange it. I used $10 insider points on the eye liner.The girl at the till returned the product and scanned through the new one for me and waited until the new one was scanned in to tell me that points are final sale and I couldn’t get the $10 off the new product. I would have kept the original eyeliner if I would have known I was going to lose my points. Staff should be trained to let people know their points are final sale.

I was here today with my Mom. I approach a worker named Dené (apologies if I spelt it wrong) She as absolutely fabulous and helped me and my Mom find a concealer, the product is perfect. We inquired about other products and she did not beat around the bush to tell us what would and wouldn't work for us! Excellent customer service and expertise. Thanks so much!

Usually for me I find it is hard to receive help at this location however this particular time I came in, Brandy was so lovely, helpful and very knowledgeable which was great !

I went in to buy something today at the WEM store. It took a while before someone came to me as I tried to get someone's attention. There were two employees greeting customers at the front of the store. ( around 11-11:15 am). One of the girls( the taller one) came over to help me and what I wanted was on display except that it was broken. She showed me another product that was comparable and was explaining something to me , when the shorter one came and said she was going on her break soon and she can take over from the one attending to me. No excuse me no nothing just cut in and carried a conversation with the other one as if I wasnt there. The one who butted in just kept going oblivious of the fact that the other staff and I were in a conversation. So I just had enough and I said forget it , dont have to treated that way especially I was there to shop. She was very rude .

We did not purchase anything while at this location, as it was incredibly busy. It took a while just to navigate the masses of people in the store to find the product we were looking for. When we did and went to the check out, the line was backed up far past even the little roped off section!We ended up leaving the store unable to make a purchase due to the time constraint it would have taken to wait in the line not being worth the couple of products we needed. Perhaps a self checkout or express lane would be useful?

I’m disappointed during my last visit. I approached the staff to ask for recommendations and inquired about certain products. The staff just read the description and the label which I could have just done it myself. I felt like she’s not knowledgeable about the products. I was trying to find another staff but everyone is so busy and in a rushed.Compared to my visit in Sephora(Cross Iron Calgary) one of the staffs help me right away and was very attentive. Gave me recommendations according to my skin type and was very knowledgeable about the products I asked for.
