Went in to close out a checking account that I no longer needed and to deposit some money into my savings account. Was met by an extremely rude and abrasive teller (female with tattoos and short hair !) they should keep her away from customers maybe put her in the drive through where people don't have to suffer through the exchange!

Whats up with your website, I can view my balances if I go to transfer money, other than that I can't view my accounts. Fix it, its been like this for a week now. 10/20/2023

This branch is great! They've helped me with accounts and transfers and a number of things. Every time they make it easy and not a burden to me. Jake is a great employee. Helpful, kind and a nice person!

!!WARNING!! Welp the guy named Peter attempted to take 100 dollars from me at first I thought it was an honest mistake he counted all his money in his drawer and said he wasn't over then the main lady there came over and he continued to lie to us both says he ran it through the electric counter (which he didnt) then I asked the main lady to recount it herself and not have him count it and sure enough he has been shorting ppl that have been cashing checks all day my main concern is how many ppl has he done this to? there is so many older folks who can't count very well and that man has been taking advantage of that and it isn't right AT ALL! So if you bank here I would recommend switching banks or at least visiting a different location

The staff is very friendly. The bank, however, I don't recommend for anything other than a checking account for veterans. Guidelines for any type of loan are too strict. Tried to get an auto loan and the rules were border lining ridiculous

I sat in the drive through behind another customer for 10 minutes did them to tell me the drive through is closed today. I have an issue walking as well as small children and will be changing banks to one who doesn't pick and choose who should get to use the drive through.

Worst bank i have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with. Worst customer service as well. I moved my 20+ year account to wells fargo due specifically to the branch located on Apache trail and the terrible terrible customer service.

VERY Friendly and ALWAYS Remembers Me & Allows My Pet Dog Lucky To Return BACK With Me. I've been A Customer Of This Bank Before it was Chase & I've HAD My Savings/Checking account For Over 20 Year's and NEVER Lost MONEY Or ANY Problem's With Anything about This Branch.

This is the most useless branch. Carter a teller that works with the speed of a sloth cant get anything done. I had a issue that should have taken a blind monkey less than five minutes to do. Carter could not get it done. Just wanted to see if I was on my folks account dad 92 mom 90. Had to go to a different branch, where they took 3 minutes to complete. FIND A NEW BANK

My husband was just turned away from this branch. He went into the branch because he has apparently been a victim of identity theft where someone IMPERSONATED him in another state branch location and conducted transactions (not just a charge on a debit card that can be refunded). They told my husband he can't be seen until next week! These transactions were thousands of dollars!! I worked in banking, including fraud and identity theft, for over 20 years and have never turned someone away because I was too busy. We are very good customers to Chase and know that OUR DEPOSITS HAVE PROVIDED LEVERAGE FOR CHASE TO LEND MONEY (QE people). Therefore, we will be leaving Chase. I am livid. I tried calling the branch and they never answer. I wish I was a secret banker so I could report this location to their home office. And to think, I actually worked for this company once. Shame.

Honestly this been the best bank that I've banked with for years and years and years but you know every so often you just wonder what the heck the managers are doing as far as teaching their customer service people a little customer service,, specifically have fun if you get Carson He's a real helpful guy

Same old too busy with only two tellers! Besides local residents, we have winter visitors now‼️ i usually wait in line for 15+ minutes to accomplish a simple transaction. I've been with Chase for many years, and honestly; I'm thinking of leaving them?...sad, but true plz get more help for those of us who support Chase Bank year round! Lack of customer service, which is not the tellers fault; step up CEO'S! PLZ. TY

It's almost 10:30 on a Monday and both drive through lanes are blocked by cones. There is a small sign posted in the window that nobody can see. You cant get close enough to read it because of the cones. The line for inside the bank is coming out the door. I also called 6 times, no answer. What is going on there!?
