I tried to phone in for a refill today. When I FINALLY got thru, the person who answered ask me for my Birth date. I gave it to her and she said, "56 or 66"? I thought she couldn't hear me, so I said loudly "1966!" She then told me "Stop yelling at me" and hung up on me. I called again. She answered, asked my birthday and I said slowly the date - she said, "I am not dealing with YOU today" and hung - she hung up on me SEVEN TIMES - this is for a refill for a very important medication! On the 8th try, she forwarded me to someone else who took my refill like I was asking her to rub my feet or something. "It'll be ready tomorrow!" and she hung up. I ended up finding out that the rude person was the ACTUAL PHARMACIST!!! NOWHERE is it appropriate to get your feelings hurt and then REFUSE to help a patient without ANY OTHER CHOICE. She kept HANGING UP, leaving me hanging with no refill for a MD prescribed medication! To say the least, anything that cannot go thru Caremark, I will have sent to WALGREENS or ANYWHERE ELSE but CVS - you lost me FOREVER as a customer! 1 customer may not count to CVS but keep on being rude and ONE will turn to MANY!!

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with the CVS pharmacy technician and Pharmacist located at 325 W Apache Trail. I called in to check the status of my prescription only to be immediately scolded by the pharmacy technician Patty. Without hesitation, she explained to me how much of an inconvenience it was to her for me to call and check the status of prescription. Followed by very rude comments. I immediately asked to be transferred to the lead when the pharmacist then interjected with the same condescending attitude. I understand the stress these employees go through with providing medication to their community. However, they should equally be aware of the situation their customers may be in whether it’s being ill or simply not having access or knowledge in how to check their status online. 2/7/24 6:41 PM

THIS IS THE WORSE PHARMACY IN ARIZONA I HAVE BEEN TOO. THEY GAVE ME WRONG PRESCRIPTION AND CAN'T TAKE IT BACK. NOW I HAVE TO GO 90 DAYS WITHOUT MY ASTHMA MEDICINE. BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR.Update. Was allowed to return the wrong prescription. But dang if they didn't refill it with the wrong prescription again. And once again they refused to fix it. They said call tomorrow talk to Ben. Walgreens requested this prescription to be transferred. I MEAN REALLY!!!!

I got kicked out of the store for using their public restroom. could t even buy anything. They blocked it off to be jerks or lazy, who knows. I really had to use it and couldn't wait.

If I could give NO stars I would!! Absolutely terrible customer service! When I call to ask about a prescription being filled I'm told to check online, I said I'm calling because I can't look online and the representative wouldn't look she told me they prefer me to look online....I didn't ask what your preference was, I called for help.

Service has been excellent at checkout, pharmacy counter, and immunization station the last five times I have visited.I do wish I could get a good signal inside the store when I want to open the app for prescription pickup.

The people in the pharmacy are on an axtreme power trip; as in rude and impatient. They have very sharp tongues and no consideration for the patient. I am moving to a new pharmacy!

Apache Jct CVS Pharmacy has been so wonderful. They are patient and just the best. I thank them for helping straighten things out.? If 10 stars were possible I would give it to them.

I just heard that after two attempts the pharmacist here would not take my Dr’s prescription over the phone. So I had to go elsewhere. I have never heard of such unprofessional business or professional medical practices so ridiculously inapt. After 4 years, See ya cvs

There are employees at this CVS that need some help with their attitude towards customer service! Calling out a customer who is trying to use the self serve checkout is unacceptable, I am not a cashier and don't need to be ridiculed (in front of other customers) for an error I made trying to ring up my purchase. This is NOT the first time this particular cashier has been snotty to me, she might need a lesson in who pays her and if customers stop coming she will not have a job.

Wow the lady at the pharmacy was so rude on the phone there was a miscommunication and I was charged $25 for a medication I don't even take anymore and called to see if I could get my money back since the medication is unusable and she was unprofessional over the phone and was very rude and told me I couldn't get refunded for my money and next time to bring a note in for the medications I am taking.
