It's not often that I seek out a company online, in order to leave a review. However, the experience I've had with Genoa has been incredible, and I felt compelled to share. This pharmacy has absolutely made my life easier with medication delivery, as well as taking the burden of researching formulary restrictions off my hands. I can pay my bill online, which is awesome. AND! They always have my medication available, even during national shortages. It's an added bonus that everyone is just so nice and helpful. I appreciate this pharmacy more than I can express. It has been a pleasant experience dealing with this pharmacy since January 2022. A polite staff member calls me each time I have a prescription ready, and they have been ready on time, every time. I hope this wonderfulness continues as the next snowbird infestation occurs.

I've used this pharmacy for over a year and they have never, not once been on time with anything. Opening time, prescription pick up, and anything else. Also, I was prescribed a medication they haven't given me EVER and always have an excuse as to why they don't have it for me. The absolute worst place to do business. It took me over a year to leave this review in hopes they would change their ways, and I hoped it was because of the pandemic but it wasn't. They just don't care, they are hourly paid people just here for the money, not your health.

I tried to have several scripts filled at 2 other big pharmacies in Apache Junction on a Friday afternoon. Both pharmacies were out of 1 or more meds and could not fill anything until next day. Called Genoa at 4:00 p.m. and they worked magic to have all scripts transferred and filled by 5:00 pm same day. Genoa did it all in less than an hour! Everyone in their office was wonderful. THANK YOU GENOA for caring about your customers!

I have been getting my prescriptions from Genoa for around a month. I have run out of meds on 2 occasions already. They claim to have 24 hours customer service phone line. They do not. Don't waste your time or endanger your health with this company. Stay with your current pharmacy.
