We have dealt with a number of Ford dealerships throughout the years and Robert Horne Ford is the only one that offers consistent quality of service and pricing. They were able to fix our fuel port housing and replace a key quickly and for far less than others were offering. Shout out to Logan for an awesome service team and Ramie for exceptional customer care. Great work at a great price.

I must love crappy service, because I keep going there. But now I've finally had it. I'm done with them.I have been going there for about 7 years or so, mostly for oil changes. One time I went for an oil change and after the change I was heading home and the transmission seemed funny, it felt like it was slipping, so I get home and check the dipstick and there was no oil on it. So I had to get a ride to NAPA for oil. It took almost 5 quarts. I went back to Horn and asked WTH. They told me I probably had a leak, I said no. There was no oil anywhere on my driveway or any on the undercarriage. They didn't know what happened but basically wasn't their deal. Even though they just changed the oil. The engine oil, not the trany oil.On another oil change they forgot to re attach the under skirting, so it was down there flapping around. Now the latest incident, An oil change. I park it in my driveway and in the morning there is a trail of engine oil underneath the truck. Now I have a shitty stain on my driveway. So I take it back. They told me it was a defective oil filter seal. I can only hope it wasn't double gasketed. If it was, I got lucky, I didn't have a blow out and ruin the engine. All of these things happened with in five oil changes. They are very sloppy, there employees are very young with no oversite in the fast lane part of the business.Just basically a shitty run business, with the potential to cost you a lot of money with their screw ups.Save yourself the risk and headache and go some ware else.

Guess I should've came here first before driving there for a big disappointment. Buyer beware! I made an appointment today with Internet sales representative. As I opened the passenger door I noticed a water stain on the seat. The closer I looked I noticed dark oil stains on car matts and filthy carpet and seats in the back. The car looked liked it had been submerged in water (Gla 250).How can you pull up a car to the front for a client looking like that? I was told I would be getting a call from a manager, that never happened. All I can say is don't waste your time with these clowns!

Been coming here to get my vehicles serviced since summer 2020. For whatever reason, the service advisors can never find my warranty info on their computers. Or if they do find it, they'll either ignore it, or skip through it, which results in a bill after my service is complete. Other dealers pull up my warranty, read it on n it's entirety, and I always walk out without paying for anything, BECAUSE it's under warranty. So for some reason they're always trying to get me to pay for something. It's come to a point where I have to contact a friend from ANOTHER dealer to have them verify what I should be or shouldn't be paying for. On top of that, I have 10 different profiles in their database, all with different spellings of my name. Furthermore, the last few years I've been coming here, not once was I informed my truck had faulty lug nuts. So instead they waited until the lug nuts were damaged before trying to get me to pay to have them removed and replaced.

Brought my SUV in to have it looked at for noise coming from under the front end. Needed to replace the engine mount and asked me to leave the vehicle while they would order the part and complete the work. Long story short, had my truck for a week with no communication from Service Department. Called a day after the job was suppose to be completed to find out that they couldn't get the part and nothing was fixed. Picked up my truck and asked how long to get the part and nobody could even provide an approximate time frame.

I traveled 1.5 hours to an appointment to purchase a vehicle only to find out the salesman didn't come to work. The man who asked to help me was a J**** they lost me as a returning customer!

This has been by far one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My husband called on Tuesday morning prior to dropping off my Expedition and we were told to bring it in but they may not have time to look at it until Wednesday. Which was fine so I went ahead and dropped it off. I spoke with Brandon who said that I should have an answer as to what needed to be repaired Wednesday morning and he even gave us an estimate for what it might run as we were all thinking I needed my water pump replaced. We did receive a call Wednesday afternoon that confirmed that it was indeed the water pump and that the actual total was over $200 more than the estimate. We were told it would be ready Thursday sometime. My husband called 6 times yesterday and was finally told that Brandon was out but would be in the following day at 730. And the associate he spoke with promised that either Brandon or himself would call back this morning by 8am. Honestly we were just trying to speak to anyone at this point about my vehicle but no one seems to know anything. This morning at 830 my husband called and was again told that Brandon is out he asked to speak to a manager and was told Logan would call him back. Almost 2 hours later and still no return call. We have not spoken to anyone about my vehicle since Wednesday. We don't even know if the work has been completed or even started. This is absolutely unacceptable and such horrible customer service. Both my husband and I have Ford vehicles as do a lot of our friends and family. After this experience I can no longer in good faith recommend Robert Horne Ford in any capacity. Logan when you see this please give us a call. We will be heading down there to speak to someone in person as we had been unable to do so yesterday since my husband was at work with our only vehicle.

What a horrible experience. Showed up for my appointment to get an oil change, and was told that there was going to be a 2 hour wait. What is the point of an appointment if it is not honored? With the amount of reminder emails I get, is it too difficult to call beforehand and say that you are running two hours behind, and try to reschedule. Then to have the service advisor argue about how long it should take to get an oil change, what a joke. I will be finding a different dealership for service.

This dealership will lie and cheat to you. A complete scam. I don't recommend this place to anyone. I went in for warranty work. After they diagnosed the problem and confirmed it was warranty work I was told I had a $250 deductible plus $100-$200 for parts not covered. When it was ready, I returned to pick it up and was given a $1400 bill. I asked why it was so much more then the quote I was told they had to do an oil change and replace the air filter. Also replace coolant. When I questioned the reasoning for this the service manager said he would go review the invoice and come back. After a 20 minute wait he came back and said he took off the oil change which brought the bill down to $1100. I reluctantly paid but stated I wasn't satisfied. When I got back home I looked in the back of my truck and noticed the oil and filter from the supposed oil change. So they were going to charge me for an oil change that was never done. I also checked the invoice and realized I was over charged for several of the parts used. The service manager will not my calls or return my phone calls. Never again! Complete rip off and a bunch crooks.

Scheduled service to repair a problem which was causing my car to be difficulty to start ONLY immediately after putting gas in the tank. There can only be a couple of things that can cause such a problem. Drove over an hour to bring my car in and was told that they would not be able to work on that problem on this day and I would have to bring the car back next week. Could they not have told me this BEFORE I drove over an hour to bring it in?

I experienced the worst customer service at Robert Horne Ford Service Department. I made an appointment to bring my car in for service on a Tuesday morning. I asked the assigned Service Advisor (Brandon K.) to call later that day to let me know how long they may need to keep my vehicle after their initial inspection. I did not receive a call later that day. I called on Wednesday afternoon to speak to my Service Advisor, but I was told he was busy at that time but he would call me back soon. I did not get a call back on Wednesday. I called back Thursday morning and I was told again that my Service Advisor was on a call, but he would call me back very soon. He did not call me back, so I called back at 4:30 PM and I asked to speak to the Manager of the Service Department. The man identified himself as Todd on the phone. I explained the situation and the lack of communication for the previous days. Todd said my vehicle was in the shop at that moment and that he would go speak to the Technician that was working on the vehicle and call me back within 10 minutes. I never received a call back that day. On Friday morning I decided to go back in person to the Service Department to determine what was going on. I asked to speak to the Service Manager, Todd, but was told he was in a meeting. But was told I could speak the another Manager named Mike. I explained to the situation to Mike and he went in the shop to get me an update. A few minutes later, a very apologetic Mike explained to me that my vehicle was not worked on at all since I dropped it off four days prior. He indicated that my car was #3 in line today for work. He provided me a copy of my work order which also showed no work had been done and he said there was excuses and they should have called with updates. I simply asked for my keys to take my vehicle elsewhere. It was most disappointing to have the Service Manager (Todd) tell me on Wednesday that they were actively working on my car at that moment. Clearly this Service Department has zero clue what customer service is and is not trustworthy establishment. You will see many available appointments on their online self-service website. Clearly having an appointment means nothing. I spoke to another of their customers on the day I picked up my vehicle and he said that this location was notorious for bad service. I would give zero stars if that was an option.

UPDATE: Service Manager Todd was reasonable to deal with, and helped come to a solution that both parties could live with. While I wish the service advisors would have properly inspected the vehicle before quoting a price, Todd did ask he could to make things right. Frustrating experience, but ok in the end. Original Post: I dealt with Anthony and Manager Todd Rebhan. Performed an "inspection" of the vehicle and quoted a price for brake repair ($360). Called later to say that their inspection was faulty and they realized the back rotors required replacement. Increased price by $500 (to over $800). I told them this was unacceptable. They did the work on the front, which they received on the false pretense that they would do the whole car. I could do the brake repair for 1/3 the cost. This was a FRAUD and incredibly poor customer service. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

Roy noticed that my ignition key was not performing properly, he fixed it right away! The staff and techs are always on top of things and going that extra mile for me.
