Booked an appointment online yesterday because I had a family event and wanted a trim. The lady at the salon let myself and 1 other customer wait almost 45 minutes before even acknowledge us and then she said she had no idea I had an appointment. Very disappointed maybe she should acknowledge us timers when they arrive instead of wasting everyone’s time. I did not get the haircut because I couldn’t wait another 45 minutes. Rude says it, if I could give zero stars I would. Made an appointment online, got there 5 minutes late, stood at register, 2 ladies cutting hair, no one acknowledged me. Then I noticed a screen that said "check in with your phone number" so I did that. It said that I was number 12 and I had a 17 minute wait. So I went into Walmart and bought something, came back to the SmartStyle shop within the 17 minutes and sat down. One of the ladies yelled at me as she was cutting hair, "Can I help you?" I said I was number 12 and she didn't know what I was talking about. We went to the register and I showed her where I had checked in. She said, "We don't use that" like I'm supposed to know that! They also don't use online sign up for appointments either I guess, because she checked a written list of names by the register and my name wasn't on it! Then she mumbled something about a long wait and left! Wow! And oh, by the way, they don't answer their phones either. I tried that and got a message that I couldn't even understand, waited to leave a message but it said the voicemailbox is full! All the way around, the most UNPROFESSIONAL, dismal experience!

Made an appointment online. Showed up and was told that I wasn't on the list. The employee told me she didn't know why the computer allowed me to make an appointment because they have no availability. Terrible.

Rude rude rude. All I did was call and immediately was presented with an attitude, happened five minutes ago and her attitude was so bad I felt the need to post a review which I've never done before in my life. Will not be coming here, wish I had the ladies name I talked to.

Horrible experience went in for a root touch up since I couldn’t get into my regular girl what a mistake the stylist put color all over my hair I told her I wanted a root touch up she ruined my blonde highlights in my hair that I spent 100s to get I’m pretty sure she used 40 volume because my hair was dryer then when I get it bleached horrible horrible horrible experience now I have to get my hair healthy to start all over !
