After searching around the store for several minutes and not receiving any help, I was finally approached but after I was helped, I was then stalked. The employees there were switching around watching my every move. I even heard the staff explain my details to others as if I didn't hear them speaking about me. Not only do they not have anything in stock like their website states. The staff are very unprofessional. I do not recommend going to their physical store unless you want to be treated like a criminal instead of a customer.

Always check out the clearance section. The prices reduced are never great but there is always a prized nugget.

Customer service personnel are very professional and helpful. They were willing to search the truck that had just arrived for an item that I wanted because it had showed up in their inventory. Outstanding !

If you make an appointment it's quick and simple getting in and out with product and questions answered or services delivered..

I believe that every Best Buy store has its own unique perspective, and therefore, should not be downgraded based on personal experiences. Some days, I visit the store and don't end up purchasing anything, while other days, I have great experiences. However, I have also had negative experiences with the exchange policies, even though the membership policies are very liberal and I appreciate that. I have encountered issues with the Geek Squad certified products as well. Although I understand the inherent risk of purchasing open box items, sometimes I have found that the products were not as described, missing parts or broken. I have driven hundreds of miles to purchase open box products, only to find out that they were not as advertised. I do not believe that this is a systematic issue with Best Buy, but rather a problem with the current workforce.

I picked up an open-box laptop which was basically new, for a few hundred less than the cost of a new one. Very happy with it.
