Chandler Public Library - Sunset offers a welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere with a wide range of books, movies, magazines, and tech tools. The library is clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned, making it a pleasant place to spend time. The staff is friendly, helpful, and dedicated, creating a warm and open vibe that visitors appreciate. There are programs for all ages, including fun activities like scavenger hunts for kids and regular pop-up events organized by the Friends of the Library. The library features a private room for collaboration and computers for public use, along with digital lending options for ebooks. The collection includes a good selection of magazines and a well-organized Friends section with new treasures. Though the branch is small, it offers meeting rooms and a card catalog (online) for requesting books from other locations. Visitors enjoy the quiet environment and the nearby large park. Some improvements, like parking access and app capabilities, could enhance the experience, but overall, it is a beloved community resource.
I love the library! I'm almost finished reading the Throne of Glass series and I recently checked out seeds from the seed library (that I need to plant soon) as well as a culture pass to the Desert Botanical Gardens that I used the day after Christmas to take my son's in nature for my Christmas present!

Nice open space library with lots of natural light. Great place to come and work remotely once in a while. The librarians are also very friendly 👍
