How can you pass up Cole Haan when there's a special every day? Prices are great for a superior product. Can't help myself here.

I received a gift card from Cole Haan, since it isn't having an expiration on the card or their e-mail, I didn't use it right away, now I fund something I want to buy, but the gift card didn't work said" the card is unknown". I wrote to their customer service but have no replies. I just hope that cole haan stand by their product including gift cards.Did anybody have the similar issue?

No customers in the store tonight and when I walked in, the employee was texting on his phone, barely looked up and walked away. No help at all, so I decided to not spend my money there with absolutely no effort on the employees part. Terrible first impression for a higher end brand!

Conveniently located in the outlet mall near Saks. I bought shoes and bags from here at discount prices. Staff is always friendly, prompt and attentive and the places very clean. Pro tip: when you're ready to make a purchase online, click on find location. If it shows that is available at the outlet, go there instead of buying it online. It might be cheaper.

I have worked in sales for over 20 years and the customer service I received today was by far some of the worse if have ever had. I walk in with no greeting and 4 associates standing behind the counter. After being there 5 minutes still no greeting. Wow! I started to rummage through boxes looking for sizes and nothing. So I had to walk directly up to the counter and ask for help? Really? Where's tge leadership in this store. These associates were laughing out loud at what ever they were taking about helping zero customers who walked in. When the guy told me sirry we don't have that size he walk back to behind the counter to get back to their conversation. Um ok? A gentleman came in behind me and stated looking at a similat pair of shoes that i have at home again no greeting or help all 4 associates stayed behind the counter still talking. So I started a conversation with the gentlemen and told him ill about Cole Haan and tge shoes he was looking at. I the preceded to get him his size so he could try them on. He loved them ! And do did his wife! I sold them both on the brand and the shoes! Guess where the associates were ....you guess its, all still standing behind the counter while this whole thing went down!! Unbelievable!! Cole Haan has great shoes and this store is missing the ball completely cause of poor leadership. This store need a culture change and for that to happen you will need to start at the top with the GM. Then clean house and get some people people in the store. You will see a turn around real quick. Wish I could give them a zero cause thats what they deserve. But a 1 well suffice since Cole Haan has such good shoes.

I just went in to the Cole Haan Outlet and Tony helped me. WOW! He is so knowledgeable and helpful I had to write a review. He knows Cole Haan shoes better than anyone I have met to date. Tony has a great personality and it made for a phenomenal experience. I will without a doubt go back because Cole Haan has excellent products and wonderful people like Tony to guide us in our purchases. Thank you Cole Haan and Tony!

The don't feel people of color can afford the shoes so they do not assist. I entered the store to see the Manager and Employee talking. I want not greeted. I had to greet them. Secondly I had to ask both the manager & employee where's the men section. Even at that exchange I was not ask the courtesy "can we help you find anything?" After looking for another 10 minutes with no help I started pulling shoes ready to try and on. Then I receive a phone call once on that call for few minutes the employee walks up and says "we are closing in 10 minutes" I proceeded to ask her why nobody has asked me if I needed any help she said because you where on the phone. I explained was in the store for 20 minutes and after I spoke to you and your manager for guidance I was not on the phone and you still offered no assistance. She begin to continue to argue that my phone call. I told her my customer service experience right now has been horrible. Instead of apologizing she says "next time don't be on the phone and we can help you!". After that I said you've help this white gentleman right when he entered but I don't deserve the same courtesy she also says he wasn't on the phone. I said neither was I when I walked in the door and you feel it's ok to walk up to me and say we are closing in 10 minutes while on the phone but can ask if I need assistance while on the phone. The manager comes out and I speak to him about the situation. He is listening allowing me to vent but the employee is steady in the background talk, making her point, blaming my phone for her interaction with me. The manager began to agree with her until I points out how many times I attempt to interact with them for service but received no response or assistance to help. At this point we be grabbed about 5 pairs of shoes of the self. I wanted to leave but the principal of you can't over look any people of color as paying customers I brought all five pairs totaling over $630 dollars. I let the manager know "don't ever judge people and to treat everyone with excellent customer service. I know people spend $630 dollars in here regularly and it may not mean nothing to you but it means something to me!" I purchased my items and left. No apology about how the service went nothing just too my money and said bye. If your a person of color believe me they will not recognize you here or give you any dignity & respect.

Cole Haan's at Phoenix Premium Outlet is a Great place, it's quite possibly my favorite store. I just wish they had a store at Tanger's Outlet in Glendale. I could easily spend a couple of hours there and they have not only shoes, but clothes, belts, wallets and items for women. Great store with Great inventory.
