UPDATE 3/16/24.....Gilbert is awesome!He is always professional, super nice and very helpful. He went out of his way to help me with different options when i needed to downsize. Gilbert made it easy to stay at this facility. And, a shout-out to Jake, too, who is friendly and helpful! (From 4 years ago.... This is my third time renting with Extra Space Storage. I didn't think about renting from another facility. The customer service is excellent, the storage units are clean and the facility is safe. Gilbert, the site manager, is a great representative of the company.)

This was a great experience, it was the best customer service ever, the pricing it great and the worker at the counter, Gilbert saves you money. He is amazing, not to mention the first month is free. If you are moving this is a great place there is a lot of variety in the storage space. They sell a bunch of stuff like the office like boxes, locks, and tape dispensers. Over all five star storage and I highly recommend.

Both gentlemen I talked to were great & super helpful. Unfortunately my plans changed & I was going to be moving to a different area a lot further away, so I rented a Uhaul instead. Gilbert went the extra mile & was able to get me a refund for most of my payment. I will definitely be using this company the next time I need storage services!

Gilbert showed us the units and was wonderful.Today, we upgraded to a climate controlled unit. Gilbert, as usual, was a pleasure to work with. He had us in and out of the office quickly, so that we could get to our work. I rate Gilbert for his professional yet jovial demeanor, knowledge and skills at a 10 out of 10.
