Super excellent service! But, the passenger door wouldn't lock and the wiper reservoir was empty. Also, a warning said it needed an oil change.

I HAVE RENTED A LOT OF MOVING TRUCKS!I have never had such a pleasant experience in my life. The truck was clean, got way better gas millage than I expected. It had good power and the radio wasn't completely garbage.....well mostly garbage radio, but that shouldn't be what you are looking for in a rental truck or so I am told. By others.Thank you Penske.

Omg horrible whoever is the key holder needs to make it their priority to come turn off the alarm! It's been 3 hours! I would fire this person because obviously this isn't a priority. && it's 130am the alarm is still going off

I've used this specific Penske truck rental several times over the years and they have their business machine tuned to a finite success IMHO.The trucks are always in good condition, motors run strong, no issues, the financial transaction is always spot on. This is my favorite location in the Chandler Arizona area.Cheers!
