I had a great experience here. Nathan was awesome and the team at the front counter was professional and answered all my questions. The windshield looks amazing and I was happy to add my stickers finally.

If you have a Subaru with Eyesight don't take it to a Safelight !!! I took my Subaru Outback in with a broken windshield. They put a new one in but the Eyesight would not calibrate. So they said it was the windshield and they put a different manufacturer in and it would not calibrate. So they decided it needed an OEM windshield and they put that in still would not calibrate. Then they told me something was wrong with the eyesight and I needed to take it to Subaru. $160 to look at and Subaru said Safelight broke the camera. $3600. So I went back to Safelight and they wouldn't take responsibility and said Subaru had to reset codes. So I had a car with a broken windshield but the Eyesight worked. Now I have a Subaru with a new windshield and the Eyesight does not work. DO NOT GO TO SAFELIGHT.

Went through insurance company and they recommended and booked appointment with Safelite to replace a cracked windshield. Safelite mobile tech came and didn't cover leather seats, putting his cases and tools on them and damaging the center console. He didn't install the glass well either, air bubble presentbwhich he said will improve with hot weather and winter weather just started. The black rubber seal was installed unevenly, not visible on passenger side and very visible on driver side, looks like crap. The quality of class was not what they replaced, used after market cheap class and invoice to insurance was over $1 000! Workmanship and products are extremely poor.

This is really a 2.5 star review as I got a new windshield on my Toyota Tundra recently. The windshield itself is fine. But I was told if they replaced it my Vehicle lane departure and collision alert system would be disabled. . But my cruise control was disabled too which I was NOT told it would be. Now I have to go to dealer to have them fix it which is going to cost me $300 dollars. I would not have done this if I knew this would happen.

Excellent service, being in auto insurance sales I am hard pressed to safe I have received better service from nicer people. The front desk staff is a awesome and very helpful. But, the lead tech Zach is one of the nicest people I have ever encountered in the auto repair industry!

We have had such a disappointing experience with this location. First, they installed a defective windshield and the rear view mirror literally fell off while was driving. They acted embarrassed, and said they would get it replaced immediately. Two weeks went past I kept calling, but the mirror had never been ordered, nor had the windshield to be replaced. Finally, they ordered a new mirror, and installed it. It lasted 24 hours before falling off yet again. Called them again, and they said that they would replace the entire windshield, again. So far, I am going on three weeks with no response as to when this new windshield will be installed. Very frustrating. Very dangerous.

Can you possibly have a good experience? Yes, however, The problem is like any other business with sub-pair training your experience is based on the luck of the draw. If you get a knowledgeable employee who cares? Then it's great.. but unfortunately for me, I got one who didn't care. I had my windshield changed at my home. The scheduling was easy and convenient but the good ended there. He came to my home late and was not friendly at all. The windshield was put in when I came out to inspect The technician did an awful job and destroyed my interior. The black tar they used for the windshield was all over my door. Also, it was on my roof and hood. Then I opened my car it was all over my seat my steering wheel and the center console. I told the technician he got it everywhere and he told me it was there already and that they don't use any products to tac down the windshield trim. That was an outright lie of course. So I said to him Well it's all over you and your van you came in also. He knew he was caught in a lie and tried to lie his way out of it instead of making it right. He left and 1 week later the entire trim fell off leaving that same black tar everywhere. So I had to call for a warranty repair. Lucky for me the next guy was amazingly friendly and on time. He showed me that yes they do use black tac on the trim. Confirmed that the prior tech lied and did not install it correctly. He cleaned most of what the last tech left on the outside of my car. He needed to use the same black tac but this time he did it correctly and did not get it everywhere. Like I stated in the beginning it's the luck of the draw. Safelight seems to be a company that doesn't train well. The first technician seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He was rude and made me feel like doing my windshield was a burden. Based on my experience I cannot recommend Safelight. But I also want to be fair as the second technician was great. So that must be noted here. Unfortunately, the first experience was just too horrendous.

Great service. Mirror fell off 2 months after glad replacement. They came out and just gave me a whole new windshield to ensure it would stick properly

Will not be using them again. I had them come out earlier this year for a large crack in my front windshield, as chips/cracks due to rocks are common for my location, and they were great. Figured why not use them again.Fast-forward to this week. Had a tiny chip I was unaware of--due to it's location--turn into a small crack on Wednesday morning, splitting further by nearly 8 inches that afternoon as I was driving home. Called my insurance and was transferred over to Safelite, since they are their top preferred/partnered company; I was unable to miss work by dropping it off somewhere and the soonest they had for a mobile unit was Saturday morning. They show up this morning and a little later they call me saying they are unable to replace the glass because the replacement has a small SCRATCH on part of the frit. I ask if they can still install it and then replace it in a couple days when they can get another one in, as my windshield has continued to split more every day over the last 3 days and the deep crack spans over more than half my windshield at this point. The employee says they have to check with their Manager and will call back. Calls me back a couple minutes later and states no, they can't do that per their Manager. I'm sorry, is your Manager going to pay for my ticket when I get pulled, or reimburse my pay for missing work?! It's the weekend, everywhere either does not have openings or the windshield is not in house and needs to be ordered. This company would prefer to leave consumers with a safety hazard of a windshield rather than have to replace a 'defective' product that they did not check before coming out in the first place!TL;DR: "Safe"lite DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY, MONEY, TIME OR BUSINESS. HIGH RISK OF GETTING A TICKET. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

Had OEM windshield and rubber molding installed. The vehicle Sat idle for about a month after install. When I drove it from AZ back to IL mid June wind noise was horrible. About 15 miles outside of Holbrook, AZ another rock hit the new windshield, So needed another windshield. I used a local glass company for this windshield because of the horrible wind noise I experienced with this one that Safelite installed.I was advised that the collar was not securely fastened, the windshield was installed too low (your suppose to be able to see the VIN number and only half of it was visible) and the top black molding driver side came away in the corner about 2 inches down at the top of the windshield area.Poor install by this shop in Chandler, AZ.I will never use any Safelite location again!

If I could give no stars I would. I do not recommend this place for anything. Broke my genesis 2x and the technician left with my car keys after he had broken my front windshield wiper piece. Took it in last month and they messed up my trim around the windshield and remounted hood crooked. Oh well. I would say they are the audio express of windshield repair. I would expect a call from corporate after the first instance on my new gv80 but nope gave them a second chance and they dropped the ball again. NO real sense of remorse. It's not their vehicle seems like the feeling. Buyer beware.... 0 stars recommend

Took my car in first to get a quarter of a size chip on my windshield patched. They returned my car to me with a nice crack about 2 inches long. They patched the chip and said that the Crack shouldn't spread anymore. That it happened while repairing the chip. Well then 2 weeks later the Crack is now about 4 inches long. So I called them to see what could be done. And I ended up having to pay to get a full windshield repair done since the Crack was so bad now. Took my car back " should of known better" and then returned my car with broken pieces. The plastic pieces that are on top of the windshield were all broken off and claimed they were broken before they started working on them. Said that someone should of discussed it with me but I only heard from them when my car was finished being repaired. And when I got there to pick up my car. No one had mentioned anything to me about it at all. I had to go back inside and ask them about it. Just for them to call me 5 days later and tell me my insurance wont cover the repair ( that they messed up). Definitely will not be back to this safelite. Lessons learned

Go elsewhere, the place is poorly managed. I had a 1 pm appointment and was told to show up 15 early so I did. When I arrived I was told that, all the techs were at lunch until 1 pm. Not a problem, I came back a few minutes before 1 pm. I was told it would take 2 to 2.5 hours to do the work. I went for a walk and returned and my truck was not in the shop at 1:35. I asked when they expected to get the vehicle in, I was told by the manager that it was behind a mustang that arrived after me. It was obviously a buddy job since 3 or 4 techs, including the manager were standing around and BSing with the customer. I expect way better service from a place that serves veterans through USAA. Bottom line is I will take my business elsewhere. Get a better scheduling system!
