BEWARE...If you are a business, and your account gets hacked, and money gets taken from your business account without your authorization, you have 24 hours to report it, or the bank will not help you, or refund your money. Their dispute resolution dept is a joke. One hand does not know what the other is doing. It has been 4 months, and my 11,274.95 has not been returned to my business account. As soon as this is settled, I will be closing both of my business accounts and moving to a bank that actually wants to be involved in small business banking. I have been in business in AZ for 30 years and have never had to deal with such incompetence. DO NOT BANK HERE. This was originally TCF Bank. TCF was great. It became Alaska federal credit union, and now goes by Global Federal credit union. Avoid at all costs. Several of my friends who bank here had their accounts hacked as well.

Thank you to Annie for the outstanding customer service! Highly recommend working with her and want to make sure she gets recognition and kudos from her manager. I would return to this location to work with her any time.

Absolutely the quickest way to have a long term customer remove all your business is what happened at the Cooper branch today trying to set up a new business account. Absolutely Draconian, incorrect and insulting to my intelligence was my experience. The district or area manager really needs to be aware.

Me and my husband went into to open an account, but with there ChexSystem they checks whatever declined me, because I had to many inquiry's on my credit? Never heard of that, I have multiple auto loans and RV and boats. But my husband that has horrible credit with repos and collections is ok. Please is ridiculous

This is the worst display of customer service I have ever received in a branch or banking experience. I had issues every single time at this location.

The bank teller here was rude to me. If you don’t look 30+ years old expect to be disrespected.

The WORST bank. If you are out of state they require an in-state driver's license, but they don't tell you this ahead of time. Hello, it's AZ, where everyone is transient. So they closed my account but now won't let me withdraw my funds. Be careful when you apply for an account, you better be using it EXACTLY as you say otherwise the "back office" will flag your account. The branch supervisor was super rude, not just to me but another customer as well. Horrible experience and complete waste of time!!

Beware of using this bank. I have been a customer here for 5+ years. This week I accidentally overdrawn my bank account $6.54 with 2 small charges. Subsequently I was charged 2 overdraft fees of $37each totalling $74. I wasn't thrilled about it of course and customer service refused help so lets chalk it up to a real hard (and expensive) lesson learned. So today I see that I have a second charge of $74. I call to inquire and was informed that my over draft fees incurred their own overdraft fees!?! Accidentally over spending almost $7 dollars has cost me $148!!!! I couldn't believe it. Again customer service refused to make any concessions at all. I asked the "customer service agent" if it made sense to her and she simply said yes. I asked her if she were in my situation would she think it was fair. Agent told me if it was her she would be grateful that TCF covered her charges because she at least understands that her charges are her responsibility. WOW. Bravo TCF, nice way to treat loyal customers. I of course will being taking my business elsewhere I don't have facebook or twitter so I am not sure how we can get this resolved.

Beware of this bank. I have been a customer of this bank for 5+ years. This week I had accidentally overdrawn my account by $6.54 with two small charges. I didn't catch it till the next day. I was hit with 2 over draft charges of $37 each for a total of $74. I called customer service to see if they would consider taking one charge away and they would not of course so I was unhappy but chalked it up to a hard (and expensive) lesson learned. Today I seen a 2nd charge for $74. So I called customer service to inquire about the 2nd charge. Turns out my overdraft fees incurred their own overdraft fees!?! And worse yet they would not do anything about it. It is ridiculous.I aksed the "customer service agent" if she felt that it was right and she said absolutely. I asked her if she were in my situation would she think it was fair? She told me if it were her she would be grateful that TCF covered her charges because she understands she is responsible for her own charges..... Nice work TCF (btw im told TCF stands for The Customer First) apparently I should be grateful that you charged me $148 to cover $6.54 that I accidentally over spent. Taking my business elsewhere.
