Took literally an hour to register my car AND forgot to give me back important original documents and did not call to let me know i left them. Never again.

This establishment fails people on purpose especially if you do not meet certain criteria that is if you look different. Individuals being judged and looking for ways to make sure you do not pass. Questions asked that deemed racial profiling and did not have anything to do with driving.. This is so sad.. If I could give a zero for this place I would.. No wonder there are so few people utilize this establishment I wonder why?

This place is a joke, no one is helpful. It’s been months since I ordered my daughters id and still have not received it. All they want you to do is come back in and waste more of your time and money. Save yourself and go somewhere else

Do not come here, it is the absolute worst. Rules change by the person. 4 people were in today who were told they needed something they already basically had but this place refused to honor. They also don’t understand legal documents so if you have any title transfers that have joint ownership’s or a POA they are confused and become rude. I’ve never seen a place where every single customer is pissed off because of the rules this place makes up.

Went to renew my license the guy can barely speak English and was telling me what I needed when I know I didn’t need the stuff. I was just getting regular license. They should hire people that know how to speak correct

Went here because they were open on Saturday. Came to transfer the title of my vehicle to the new owner. The wait time was horrendous. And when it was finally our turn, they acted like something was wrong, which puzzled me, what could be the issue? They said something was wrong with my Title. I had purchased my car brand new at a dealership. They said I had to pay $10 for a new title. So that was what it was about. A deceptive practice for them to get extra revenue. Since it was only $10, I paid it so we could move on with our lives, but I will never come here again. I wonder how many times they have pulled that scam. I'm going to the real MVD next time. Avoid this place!

This place is horrible!!! Went to take my son to get his license and the girl that does the driving is unsure! She told my son the first time he drove to fast the second time he drove to slow! Speed limit 40 he was doing 35 which is an appropriate speed. When called out she shutters and back tracks! The girl makes her own rules up when she is in the car. Feels like she hates her job and inconvenienced that she had to stand up to get out of her seat! The people working there just want to sit and play on their phones!!! Need a customer service class!
