We arrived earlier than our appointment time and were able to check in quickly, also i was able to easily make an eye exam appointment at online. All the staff were very kind, friendly and professional. The store was also very clean and comfortable.

This is my single star review in a long time. This place is outright disrespectful. I have been here twice once for the appointment and the other day to pick the glasses.On the day of appointment, the doctor everyone is good but the lady who takes order for the glasses was really biased.She just asked me to go pick the glasses and come, while there was another man where she stood up went and explained the glasses, saw what worked for him and took care. What was that?The day of the pickup I walk in she sees me and not once she smiles or greets completely ignores me while she's attending another customer. I understand but a pleasant smile would not hurt her. I wait patiently for 10 min with no one to even ask, I just leave and she doesn't care.I am sorry you just ruined my day, I can't be your customer and I suggest to avoid this place.PS: called to talk to manager or owner but couldn’t reach.

Staff was helpful, staff knew their job, answered questions. I have been going to this exact location for the last 3yrs and even though I live in Queen Creek I continue to come back to this location because the staff is cheerful, helpful, professional and do their jobs in a manner that I can appreciate and be comfortable with. So great job!!

I went in for an eye exam. Last one was > 2 yrs ago. It was a good experience overall except for one thing. The practice seems to push the retinal imaging over a dilated eye exam. I have a history of detached retina and I want to be sure that it is still stable after laser surgery. I chose the retinal imaging with the expectation that it would be able to see the area of retina repair. It did not. I had to tell the provider about the detached retina and then he did the dilated eye exam. Why not just do a dilated eye exam when it seems more comprehensive?

Love this Visionworks location. Always super helpful, even after purchasing. Tim Torrez specifically helped me out with adjusting and tightening up my frames 2 years after buying my sunglasses and glasses. Good service all around.

Clerk couldn’t even bother looking for my insurance info for my second insurance…too busy worrying about collecting my copayments for my primary insurance. Will never go there again and I will advance to stay away; worse customer service ever experienced!!

Had a great experience. I went in to grab some new glasses and It turned out my prescription was expired, but they were able to get me in for an eye exam in only a few minutes, and was able to order new glasses the same day. I appreciate that they value the time of their customers, as the whole process lasted under an hour!

I ordered glasses for my son and I a month ago and was told it would take 2 weeks maximum. When 2 weeks went by and I didn’t hear anything I called the store. The automated answering system informed me that my order was delayed and no status was available but I could expect an update in 3-5 business days. I did not receive any sort of phone call or email notifying me of this delay. Now a full month afterwards I called and the automated system told me the same thing so I asked to speak with an agent. I was put on hold and hung up on twice and then put on hold a third time without even being acknowledged. Finally, someone picked up. They informed me my glasses just got there today and I can pick them up and that I should have gotten a notification. I did not, but also this seems incredibly coincidental that they would arrive on the same day I finally got to speak with a person. I understand delays happen but some communication would be appreciated. I’ll probably be taking me business elsewhere from now on.
